बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। नयाशहर पुलिस ने रविवार को बड़ी कार्यवाही करते हुए 9 माह पुराने नकबजनी के मामले में एक और शातिर नकबजन भागीरथ उर्फ भागीड़ा उर्फ विक्की नायक को दबोचा है, साथ ही आरोपी से 1 लाख रुपए के सोने के जेवरात व चांदी के बर्तन बरामद किए है। इस कार्रवाई को एसपी योगेश यादव के दिशा निर्देशन में एएसपी सिटी शैलेन्द्र सिंह इन्दौलीया व सीओ सिटी सुभाष शर्मा के निकट सुपरविजन में नयाशहर सीआई गोविंद सिंह चारण के नेतृत्व में गठित टीम ने कड़ी मेहनत से अंजाम दिया है। पकड़े गये शातिर आरोपी भागीड़ा नायक के खिलाफ अलग अलग थानों में नकबनजी के 19 मामले दर्ज है। वंही नकबनजी के 9 माह पुराने इस मामले में भागीड़ा का साथी तुशान्त वासू उर्फ सुरज वासू पहले ही पुलिस की गिरफ्त में जेल की काल कोठरी में बंद है।
नयाशहर सीआई गोविंद सिंह चारण ने बताया 9 माह पूर्व मुक्ताप्रसाद सेक्टर 12 निवासी अर्जुला स्वामी ने अपने घर में अज्ञात चोर द्वारा सोने चांदी के जेवरात व नकदी चोरी होने की रिपोर्ट दी । जिस पर धारा 457,380 भादसं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर इस पूरी घटना की जांच गहनता से शुरू की गई। चारण ने बताया जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा नकबजनी के मामलों के खुलासा करने के लिए उनके नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम का गठन किया गया । टीम में अशोक अदलान सउनि, रामस्वरूप कानि,कैलाश कानि,श्रीमती राधा मकानि को शामिल किया गया।
टीम ने शहर के सीसीटीवी खंगालने शुरू कर दिए जिसमे कैप्चर हुए संदिग्धों की तलाश शुरू की,साथ ही चोरी के आदतन शातिर आरोपियों से पूछताछ की गई। काफी मशक्कत के बाद पुलिस को सीसीटीवी फुटेज में दिख रहे संदिग्ध की पहचान गोगामेड़ी के पास गांव शैरूणा निवासी तुशान्त वासू उर्फ सुरज वासू व भागीरथ उर्फ भागीड़ा उर्फ विक्की पुत्र सोहनलाल नायक निवासी के रूप में हुई । तुशान्त वासू उर्फ सुरज वासू को पुलिस टीम ने पूर्व में ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया था लेकिन भागीड़ा पुलिस टीम से बचता फिर रहा था। सीआई चारण के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम ने आरोपी को दबोचने के लिए रणनीति तैयार की और पूर्व नियोजित तरीके व खुफिया तंत्रों की मदद से आखिरकार पुलिस टीम को सफलता मिली और आरोपी भागीड़ा पुलिस टीम के हत्थे चढ़ गया । पुलिस टीम ने आरोपी से एक लाख रूपये के सोने के जेवरात व चांदी के बर्तन बरामद किये है।
सीआई चारण ने बताया आरोपी अपने साथी के साथ मिलकर दिन में सुने मकानों की लगातार तीन से चार दिनों तक रैकी करते और मौका पाकर आधी रात को चिन्हित मकान में घुसकर चोरी की वारदात को अंजाम देकर फरार हो जाते । वारदात के बाद ये शातिर आरोपी उस शहर को तत्काल छोड़ कर दूसरे शहर में चले जाते थे ताकि पुलिस उन तक नही पहुंच सके । चारण ने बताया दोनो आरोपी जिले के आला दर्जे के शातिर नकबजन है और इनके ऊपर अलग अलग थानों में नकबनजी के दर्जनों मामले दर्ज है । फिलहाल शातिर आरोपी भागीड़ा से पुलिस गहनता से पूछताछ कर रही है उम्मीद है इस पूछताछ में जिले में अन्य वारदातों से पर्दा उठ सकता है।
उल्लेखनीय है, नयाशहर सीआई गोविंद सिंह चारण अपनी बोल्डनेस छवि को लेकर महकमे में खासे चर्चा में रहते है क्योंकि जिस केस को उन्होंने हाथ मे ले लिया समझो उसका पटाक्षेप हो गया, कारण कि जब तक उसकी तह में जाकर उस केस को सुलझा नही लेते तब तक वे ग्राउंड जीरो पर डटे रहते है चैन से नही बैठते । एक समय था जब नयाशहर थाना अपराध की श्रेणी में अग्रणी था, लेकिन जब से चारण को इस थाने की कमान मिली तब से इस थाने की रैंकिंग काफी हद तक सुधरी है वंही अपराधों में अप्रत्याशित कमी आई है ।
