बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। निरोगी राजस्थान अभियान के अंतर्गत चलाए गए “शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध” अभियान के तहत सीएमएचओ डॉ बी एल मीणा के निर्देश पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग के दल द्वारा जयपुर रोड़ स्थित माँ पूर्णा गिरी स्वीट्स दुकान पर औचक निरीक्षण कर जांच की गई। दुकान में दूषित व पुराने पड़े करीब 35 किलो लड्डू मिले जिन्हें तत्काल नष्ट करवाया गया। साथ ही दूषित
अवस्था में मिले पंधारी के लड्डू, जलेबी, कलाकंद, मावा बर्फी व मोती पाक भी नष्ट करवाई गई। इस प्रकार दल ने कुल 45 किलो मिठाइयाँ नष्ट करवाकर आमजन के स्वास्थ्य से खिलवाड़ होने से बचा लिया। जयपुर रोड़ से दल द्वारा बूंदी, दूध व दही के 3 नमूने संग्रहित किए गए। कार्यवाही दल में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी महमूद अली, महेंद्र जायसवाल व सहायक कर्मचारी सुखदेव सिंह शामिल रहे। इसी प्रकार जांच दल द्वारा फड़ बाजार से पाम ऑयल के 2, काजू का एक नमूना, वैध मघाराम कॉलोनी क्षेत्र से मावा व रसगुल्ले के एक-एक नमूने संग्रहित किए गए। इस प्रकार दल द्वारा कुल 8 खाद्य नमूने संग्रहित किए गए। लिए गए नमूनों को जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला बीकानेर जांच के लिए भेजा जाएगा। जांच के बाद आने वाले परिणाम के आधार पर संबंधित फर्म पर वांछित कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
अब तक 31 नमूने अमानक निकले
सीएमएचओ डॉ बी एल मीणा ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार 1 जनवरी से 31 मार्च तक शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान चलाया गया है जिसमें विभिन्न खाद्य सामग्रियों की जांच व नमूनीकरण का कार्य सतत रूप से किया जा रहा है। जिले में अभियान के दौरान आदि आदिनांक कुल 182 नमूने संग्रहित किए गए हैं जिनमें से 133 का परिणाम जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला से प्राप्त हुआ है। इनमें से कुल 31 नमूने अमानक पाए गए जिनसे संबंधित फर्म के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्यवाही जारी है।
