जयपुर@जागरूक जनता। सहकारिता मंत्री श्री उदय लाल आंजना ने बुधवार को बताया कि प्रदेश में समर्थन मूल्य पर मूंग, उड़द, सोयाबीन एवं मूंगफली की खरीद के लिये ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण बुधवार, 20 अक्टूबर से शुरू किया जा रहा है। 868 से अधिक खरीद केन्द्रों पर मूंग, उड़द एवं सोयाबीन की 1 नवम्बर से तथा 18 नवम्बर से मूंगफली खरीद की जाएगी।
सहकारिता मंत्री ने बताया मूंग के लिए 357 उड़द के लिए 168 मूंगफली के 257 एवं सोयबीन के लिए 86 खरीद केन्द्र चिह्नित किए गए हैं। श्री आंजना ने बताया कि किसानों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा नहीं हो इसके लिए ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण की व्यवस्था ई-मित्र एवं खरीद केन्द्रों पर प्रातः 9 बजे से सायं 7 बजे तक की गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि केन्द्र सरकार को मूंग की 3.61 लाख मीट्रिक टन, उडद 61807 मीट्रिक टन, सोयाबीन 2.93 लाख तथा मूंगफली 4.27 लाख मीट्रिक टन की खरीद के लक्ष्य की स्वीकृति भारत सरकार ने दी है। पंजीकरण के अभाव में किसानों से समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीद संभव नहीं होगी। आंजना ने बताया कि वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए मूंग के लिए 7275 रुपये एवं उड़द के लिए 6300 रुपये, मूंगफली के लिए 5500 रुपये एवं सोयाबीन के लिए 3950 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल समर्थन मूल्य घोषित किया है। किसानों को अपनी उपज बेचने में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो इसके लिए खरीद केन्द्रों पर आवश्यकतानुसार तौल-कांटें लगाये जायेंगे एवं पर्याप्त मात्रा में बारदाना उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
प्रमुख शासन सचिव सहकारिता श्री दिनेश कुमार ने बताया कि किसान को जनआधार कार्ड नम्बर, खसरा गिरदावरी की प्रति एवं बैंक पासबुक की प्रति पंजीयन फार्म के साथ अपलोड करनी होगी। जिस किसान द्वारा बिना गिरदावरी के अपना पंजीयन करवाया जायेगा, उसका पंजीयन समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीद के लिये मान्य नहीं होगा। यदि ई-मित्र द्वारा गलत पंजीयन किये जाते या तहसील के बाहर पंजीकरण किये जाते है तो ऐसे ई-मित्रों के खिलाफ कठोर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
श्री कुमार ने बताया कि किसान एक जनआधार कार्ड में अंकित नाम में से जिसके नाम गिरदावरी होगी उसके नाम से एक पंजीयन करवा सकेगा। किसान इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखे कि जिस तहसील में कृषि भूमि में उसी तहसील के कार्यक्षेत्र वाले खरीद केन्द्र पर उपज बेचान हेतु पंजीकरण करावें। दूसरी तहसील में यदि पंजीकरण कराया जाता है तो पंजीकरण मान्य नही होगा।
प्रबंध निदेशक राजफैड श्रीमती सुषमा अरोडा ने बताया कि किसान पंजीयन कराते समय यह सुनिश्चित कर ले कि पंजीकृत मोबाईल नम्बर, से जनआधार कार्ड से लिंक हो जिससे समय पर तुलाई दिनांक की सूचना मिल सके। किसान प्रचलित बैंक खाता संख्या सही दे ताकि ऑनलाइन भुगतान के समय किसी प्रकार की परेशानी किसान को नहीं हो। उन्होंने बताया कि किसानों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए हेल्प लाइन नम्बर 1800-180-6001 भी 20 अक्टूबर से प्रारंभ हो जाएगा।
