जयपुर। गहलोत सरकार ने अगले साल तक डेढ़ लाख बेरोजगारों को नौकरियां देने का प्लान तैयार किया है। मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत ने सभी विभागों को ऐसे पद भरने के लिए कहा है जो लंबे समय से खाली पड़े हैं। इनके अलावा कई विभागों में नई पोस्ट भी क्रिएट की जाएंगी। RPSC और कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड की ओर से 82 हजार भर्तियों के लिए कैलेंडर भी जारी कर दिया गया है।
सरकार ने हर साल 75 हजार बेरोजगारों को नौकरी देने की घोषणा की थी। अब तक कुल 2.25 लाख से ज्यादा जॉब्स देने थे, लेकिन 1 लाख 19 हजार 559 पदों पर ही नौकरियां दी गई हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार CM गहलोत खुद भर्तियों की प्रोसेस की मॉनिटरिंग करेंगे। हाल ही में मोदी सरकार ने भी दस लाख नौकरियां देने की घोषणा की है।
राजस्थान समेत करीब 12 राज्यों में अगले साल तक विधानसभा चुनाव का दौर चलने वाला है। 2024 में लोकसभा के चुनाव होंगे। केंद्र और राज्य दोनों सरकारें युवाओं को इन भर्तियों के जरिए फीलगुड करवाना चाहती हैं। बेरोजगारी दोनों के लिए बड़ा मुद्दा है। कांग्रेस केंद्र सरकार पर 2 करोड़ रोजगार देने की वादाखिलाफी के आरोप लगाती आई है। वहीं बीजेपी भी गहलोत सरकार पर बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए बजट घोषणा और चुनावी वादे के मुताबिक भर्तियां निकालकर रोजगार नहीं देने के आरोप लगाती रही है।
नियुक्तियां नियमित पैटर्न पर होंगी
राजस्थान सरकार सभी भर्तियां रेगुलर और स्थाई आधार पर देने की प्लानिंग कर रही है। नियमानुसार सभी सुविधाओं के साथ कर्मचारियों को स्थाई नियुक्ति की जाएगी। सूत्रों के मुताबिक अगले साल आचार संहिता लागू होने से पहले सभी परीक्षाओं की भर्तियां निकालने, परीक्षा करवाने और रिक्रूटमेंट का प्रोसेस पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
वहीं, केंद्र में अग्निवीर की भर्तियां 4 साल के लिए होंगी। उसके बाद 25 फीसदी को रेगुलर के तौर पर अप्लाई करने का मौका मिल सकेगा। ज़्यादातर भर्तियां डिपार्टमेंट और मंत्रालय की ज़रूरत और जॉब के नेचर के आधार पर होंगी। केंद्र की कोशिश है कि ज़्यादा आर्थिक भार सरकार पर नहीं पड़े। पेंशन के दायरे में सभी कर्मचारी नहीं आएंगे।
बेरोजगारी में नंबर दो राजस्थान
