नई दिल्ली। केंद्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने बुधवार को बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि (पीएम-किसान) योजना के तहत अब तक 10.75 करोड़ से अधिक लाभार्थी किसान परिवारों के बैंक खाते में 1.15 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि भेजी जा चुकी है। पीएम किसान योजना के दो साल पूरे होने पर केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री ने कहा कि देश में इस योजना के तहत पात्र कोई भी किसान इसके लाभ से वंचित नहीं रहना चाहिए।
केंद्रीय मंत्री तोमर यहां पीएम किसान योजना के दो साल पूरे होने पर आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में बोल रहे थे। उन्होंने बताया, “इस योजना से अब तक 10.75 करोड़ से अधिक लाभार्थी किसान परिवार लाभान्वित हो चुके हैं और 1.15 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि उनके बैंक खाते में हस्तांतरित की जा चुकी है।
वेस्ट बंगाल के किसानों ने नहीं लिया लाभ
कृषि मंत्री ने राज्यों से यह सुनिश्चित करने की अपील की कि किसी भी गांव में पीएम-किसान के तहत पात्र पाए जाने वाला कोई भी किसान परिवार योजना के लाभ से वंचित न रहे। मालूम हो कि पश्चिम बंगाल को छोड़कर बाकी सभी राज्यों में मोदी सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना पीएम-किसान लागू हो चुकी है।
पश्चिम बंगाल के अनेक किसानों ने योजना का लाभ पाने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया है, लेकिन प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से आवेदक के सत्यापन के लिए जरूरी प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं करने की वजह से पश्चिम बंगाल के किसान इस योजना के लाभ से वंचित है। इस संबंध में केंद्रीय मंत्री से पूछे गए सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि जब वांछित प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी तो वहां के किसानों को भी योजना का लाभ मिलने लगेगा।
कर्नाटक को अवॉर्ड
कार्यक्रम के दौरान योजना से जुड़े कार्यों में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाले कुछ राज्यों व जिलों को पुरस्कारों से नवाजा गया। कर्नाटक को आधार प्रमाणीकरण में अव्वल रहने के लिए अवार्ड दिया गया तो उत्तर प्रदेश को सबसे तेजी से योजना को लागू करने के लिए अवार्ड मिला। वहीं, महाराष्ट्र को फिजिकल सत्यापन एवं शिकायत निवारण के क्षेत्र में बेहतर कार्य निष्पादन की श्रेणी में अवार्ड से नवाजा गया।
पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों एवं पर्वतीय राज्यों में अरुणाचल प्रदेश को आधार प्रमाणीकरण लाभभोगियों का सर्वोच्च प्रतिशत प्राप्त करने की श्रेणी में पुरस्कृत किया गया, जबकि हिमाचल प्रदेश को फिजिकल सत्यापन एवं शिकायत निवारण के क्षेत्र में बेहतर कार्य निष्पादन की श्रेणी में पुरस्कृत किया गया।
