जयपुर। प्रदेश में कोरोना के मामले लगातार कम होने से अब सरकार अनलॉक का दायरा बढ़ाने की तैयारी कर रही है। सरकार रविवार के वीकेंड कर्फ्यू को हटाकर सातों दिन बाजार खोलने पर विचार कर रही है। बाजार खुलने का समय भी बढ़ सकता है। गृह विभाग ने ‘अनलॉक-4’ की नई गाइडलाइन का ड्राफ्ट तैयार करके मुख्यमंत्री को मंजूरी के लिए भेज दिया है। अब मुख्यमंत्री की मंजूरी का इंतजार है। मुख्यमंत्री की मंजूरी के बाद अनलॉक के तहत नई छूट मिलेगी।
समय बढ़ाने की तैयारी
नई गाइडलाइन में बाजार खुलने का समय भी बढ़ाने की तैयारी है। अभी शाम 7 बजे तक ही बाजार खुलते हैं। इसे बढाकर शाम 9 बजे तक किया जा सकता है। नाइट कर्फ्यू भी शाम 8 बजे की जगह रात 9 या 10 बजे से लागू हो सकता है। गृह विभाग ने 26 जून को ही नई गाइडलाइन जारी की थी। अब गाइडलाइन में और संशोधन करने की कवायद की जा रही है। शहर में सिटी बसों का समय भी बढ़ाया जा सकता है। पेट्रोल पंपों पर निजी वाहनों के लिए पेट्रोल-डीजल भरवाने का समय रात 9 बजे तक किया जा सकता है।
स्कूल-कॉलेज और कोचिंग फिलहाल बंद रहेंगे
नई गाइडलाइन में फिलहाल स्कूल, कॉलेज और कोचिंग को बंद रखने की ही सिफारिश की गई है। शिक्षण संस्थान फिलहाल बंद रहेंगे। कोरोना के नए वैरिएंट और तीसरी लहर के खतरे की आशंका को देखते हुए स्कूल खोलने का फैसला सरकार ने टाल दिया है।
रैलियों, मेलों और जलसों पर रोक रहेगी
नई गाइडलाइन में धार्मिक, सामाजिक, राजनीतिक कार्यक्रमों की बड़ी गैदरिंग,रैलियों की अनुमति नहीं होगी। इन पर रोक बरकरार रहेगी। पंचायतीराज और स्थानीय निकायों के उपचुनावों के प्रचार में 5 से ज्यादा लोग नहीं जा सकेंगे। चुनावी जुलूस और रैलियां नहीं हो सकतीं। मेलों और हाट बाजारों पर भी अभी रोक रहेगी।
26 जून को जारी की थी गाइडलाइन
गृह विभाग ने 26 जून को अनलॉक की संशोधित गाइडलाइन जारी की थी, जिसमें 60 प्रतिशत कर्मचारियों के सिंगल डोज लगी होने वाली दुकानों और प्रतिष्ठानों को शाम सात बजे तक खोलने की अनुमति दी गई। अब इसी शर्त के साथ फिर समय बढ़ाने पर विचार किया जा रहा है।
खतरा कम होने के बाद आगे और छूट मिलेगी
कोरोना के मामले कंट्रोल में होने तक नाइट कर्फ्यू जारी रहेगा। मुख्यमंत्री के कोरोना कोर ग्रुप से जुड़े विशेषज्ञों ने अभी कुछ पाबंदियां जारी रखने की सिफारिश की हैं। इसमें नाइट कर्फ्यू के साथ भीड़भाड़ को रोकना भी शामिल है। आगे खतरा टलने के बाद ही पूरी तरह पाबंदियां हटाने की योजना है।
