मनरेगा के तहत जिले में लगाए जाएंगे दो लाख से अधिक पौधे जिला कलक्टर की अध्यक्षता में बैठक आयोजित
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। महात्मा गांधी नरेगा योजना के तहत जिले में दो लाख से अधिक पौधे लगाए जाएंगे। इसकी कार्ययोजना के संबंध में बुधवार को जिला कलक्टर नमित मेहता की अध्यक्षता में बैठक आयोजित हुई।
इस अवसर पर जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार मानसून के दौरान वृहद एवं व्यवस्थित पौधारोपण किया जाएगा। इसके लिए प्रत्येक विभाग द्वारा किए जाने वाले पौधारोपण की जानकारी शीघ्र उपलब्ध करवाई जाए तथा इसकी पूर्व तैयारियां भी कर ली जाएं। उन्होंने बताया कि राजकीय विद्यालयों, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों, राजीव गांधी ई-सेवा केंद्रों, पंचायत भवनों, उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों, खेल मैदानों सहित सड़कों के किनारे, वन विभाग की भूमि, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत बने मकानों के पास तथा जलग्रहण क्षेत्रों में सघन पौधारोपण किया जाएगा। प्रत्येक विभाग इस कार्य को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दें तथा पौधारोपण के साथ उनकी देखभाल की योजना भी बनाई जाए।
*ब्लॉक वार विकसित होगी नर्सरी*
जिला कलक्टर ने बताया कि प्रत्येक पंचायत समिति द्वारा संबंधित ब्लॉक क्षेत्रों में एक-एक तथा वन विभाग द्वारा दो से तीन नर्सरी क्षेत्र विकसित किए जाएंगे। वहीं आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में पोषण वाटिकाएं बनाई जाएंगी। इनमें पोषण के लिए उपयोगी फलदार, सब्जियों तथा औषधीय प्रकृति के पौधे लगाए जाएंगे। वन विभाग द्वारा शहरी क्षेत्र में सघन वन क्षेत्र ‘अरबन फॉरेस्ट’ विकसित किया जाएगा।
शहरी क्षेत्र में ही नगर निगम और नगर विकास न्यास द्वारा पौधारोपण अभियान चलाया जाएगा। उन्होंने इसकी कार्य योजना शीघ्र बनाने के निर्देश दिए, जिससे कि मानसून की शुरुआत के साथ ही पौधारोपण का कार्य किया जा सके। इसके साथ ही ‘हर घर, एक पौधा’ के संबंध में भी चर्चा हुई।
जिला परिषद के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी ओमप्रकाश ने पौधारोपण अभियान की विभिन्न गतिविधियों के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा प्राप्त प्रस्तावों के आधार पर जिले की कार्य योजना बनाई जाएगी तथा प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सघन पौधारोपण किया जाएगा। इसमें जनप्रतिनिधियों, स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं तथा पर्यावरण संरक्षण से जुड़े लोगों को भी शामिल किया जाएगा।
