नाइट कर्फ्यू की अवधि शाम 6 बजे से प्रातः 6 बजे तक किये जाने पर हो रहा विचार, सीएम की बैठक में मिले संकेत
जयपुर@जागरूक जनता । सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने कहा है कि राजस्थान में लगातार बढ़ रहे कोरोना संक्रमण के बावजूद प्रदेशवासी अपने लापरवाही भरे व्यवहार में बदलाव लाकर मास्क पहनने, उचित दूरी बनाए रखने तथा भीड़ से दूर रहने के हैल्थ प्रोटोकॉल की पालना नहीं करेंगे, तो राज्य सरकार सख्त कदम उठाने पर मजबूर होगी, यह बात गहलोत ने मुख्यमंत्री निवास पर शनिवार रात को संक्रमण और टीकाकरण की स्थिति की समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान कही । बैठक में स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति डॉ. राजाबाबू पंवार तथा एसएमएस मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डॉ. सुधीर भंडारी सहित वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने संक्रमण की तेज गति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए आगामी दिनों में निम्नलिखित कदम उठाने के सुझाव दिए-
1. वैवाहिक एवं सामाजिक आयोजनों में उपस्थित व्यक्तियों की संख्या 50 की जाए।
2. रात्रिकालीन कर्फ्यू की अवधि शाम 6 बजे से 6 बजे तक बढ़ाई जाए।
3. ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्र में धार्मिक मेलों, उत्सवों, जुलूस आदि पर रोक लगे।
4. सरकारी कार्यालयों की तर्ज पर निजी कार्यालयों में उपस्थिति 75 प्रतिशत की जाए।
5.रेस्टोरेंट आदि में केवल ‘टेक-अवे‘ की सुविधा की अनुमति हो।
6. कोचिंग संस्थानों में कक्षाओं पर रोक लगाई जाए।
7. स्कूलों एवं शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में विद्यार्थियों को केवल परीक्षा के लिए ही प्रवेश हो।
8. बसों एवं अन्य सार्वजनिक वाहनों में यात्रियों की संख्या 50 प्रतिशत की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अगले एक-दो दिन में सभी कलेक्टर विभिन्न व्यापारी एवं व्यवसायिक संगठनों धार्मिक स्थलों के प्रबंधकों एवं अन्य प्रभावशाली लोगों के साथ बैठकें करें। इसी प्रकार पुलिस अधिकारी भी थाने के स्तर तक कम्युनिटी लाइजन ग्रुप (सीएलजी) के सदस्यों के साथ आवश्यक रूप से बैठकें कर कोविड प्रोटोकॉल की पालना में उनका सहयोग लेना सुनिश्चित करें। गहलोत ने बताया कि उदयपुर में सबसे तेज गति से संक्रमण फैलने के कारण रात्रिकालीन कर्फ्यू शाम 6 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक 12 घण्टे की अवधि के लिए लगाया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि उदयपुर में बड़ी संख्या में टेस्ट किए जा रहे हैं, फिर भी हर तीसरा व्यक्ति संक्रमित पाया जा रहा है। यहां पॉजिटीविटी दर 30 प्रतिशत तक पहुंचने के साथ ही शहर के अस्पतालों में 66 प्रतिशत आईसीयू और ऑक्सीजन बेड पर मरीज भर्ती हैं।
गहलोत ने कहा कि कोटा, जोधपुर और जयपुर में भी संक्रमण की गति काफी तेज है। इन शहरों में शनिवार को पॉजिटिविटी दर क्रमशः 22, 15 और 8.4 प्रतिशत रही, जो गम्भीर चिंता का विषय है। उन्होंने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र, पंजाब एवं गुजरात सहित कई राज्यों में संक्रमण की स्थिति बेकाबू हो रही है।
राज्य सरकार नही मना पाई ‘टीका उत्सव‘
गहलोत ने कहा कि राजस्थान में कई स्थानों पर कोविड टीकाकरण का काम रोकना पड़ सकता है। शनिवार को कई जिलों में वैक्सीन खत्म हो गई है। उन्होेंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने रविवार को वैक्सीन के 4 लाख डोज उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही है, लेकिन हमारे पास 5 लाख 80 हजार वैक्सीन प्रतिदिन लगाने की क्षमता है, जो देश में सर्वाधिक है। ऐसे में, 4 लाख डोज एक दिन में लगाने के लिए भी पर्याप्त नहीं होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी उपलब्ध वैक्सीन की डोज लगा देने के बाद राजस्थान चाहकर भी 11 अप्रेल से 14 अप्रेल के दौरान केंद्र सरकार के ‘टीका उत्सव‘ में दुर्भाग्य से नहीं मना सकेगा।
शासन सचिव चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सिद्धार्थ महाजन ने बताया ने प्रदेश में सोमवार को 56 हजार सेम्पल टेस्ट किए गए तथा कुल 4 हजार 401 पॉजीटिव मरीज सामने आए। उन्होंने बताया कि जोधपुर और कोटा में सर्वाधिक लगभग 600-600 पॉजीटिव मामलें दर्ज हुए। उन्होंने बताया कि संक्रमण को नियंत्रित करने के लिए शुक्रवार को जारी किए गए दिशा-निर्देशों की पालना की गई है तथा सार्वजनिक जगहों पर उसका असर भी देखने को मिला है। उन्होंने बताया कि संक्रमण की बढ़ती गति को देखते हुए प्रदेश के 10 शहरों के साथ ही बीकानेर में जिला कलेक्टर ने रात्रिकालीन कर्फ्यू के लिए आदेश जारी किए हैं। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव निरंजन आर्य, पुलिस महानिदेशक एमएल लाठर, प्रमुख सचिव गृह अभय कुमार, प्रमुख सचिव वित्त अखिल अरोरा, शासन सचिव चिकित्सा शिक्षा वैभव गालरिया, शासन सचिव स्वायत्त शासन भवानी सिंह देथा, आयुक्त परिवहन महेन्द्र सोनी, अतिरिक्त निदेशक राजपाल यादव सहित अन्य उच्च अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
