मुंबई। महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा में सोमवार को फ्लोर टेस्ट के वक्त जैसी उम्मीद थी, वैसा ही हुआ। शिंदे सरकार ने विश्वास मत जीत लिया। सरकार को 164 विधायकों का समर्थन मिला। विपक्ष में 99 वोट पड़े। इस तरह शिंदे सरकार बच गई। वोटिंग के वक्त 266 विधायक सदन में मौजूद थे। इनमें से तीन विधायकों ने वोट नहीं डाला। 21 विधायक सदन से गैरहाजिर रहे।
भाजपा नेता किरीट सौमेया की पत्नी की ओर से दाखिल अवमानना मामले में कोर्ट ने संजय राउत के खिलाफ जमानती वारंट जारी किया है। शिवसेना ने अपने सभी जिलाध्यक्षों की मीटिंग सोमवार दोपहर को बुलाई है। उद्धव ठाकरे मीटिंग में शामिल होंगे। सेना भवन में यह मीटिंग प्रस्तावित है। विधानसभा कार्यवाही की वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की गई। इसके लिए 9 कैमरे लगाए गए हैं। एक कैमरा का फोकस सीधे विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के चेयर पर रखा गया। संजय राउत ने कहा है कि महाराष्ट्र में जो संकट आया है, उससे शिवसेना मजबूती से निपटेगी। हम लड़ाई के लिए तैयार हैं।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट से भी उद्धव को झटका
वोटिंग से पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शिवसेना की याचिका पर तुरंत सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया है। स्पीकर राहुल नार्वेलकर के फैसले के खिलाफ शिवसेना ने याचिका दाखिल की थी। रविवार को स्पीकर की ओर से विधानसभा में शिवसेना के नेता और चीफ व्हिप की मान्यता को खत्म कर दिया था।
पवार बोले- 6 महीने में गिर जाएगी शिंदे सरकार

आदित्य समेत 16 विधायकों को अयोग्य करार देने की मांग
स्पीकर के चुनाव में जीत हासिल करने के बाद एकनाथ शिंदे गुट ने आदित्य ठाकरे समेत शिवसेना के 16 विधायकों को अयोग्य करार देने की मांग की है। शिंदे गुट के चीफ व्हिप भारत गोगावाले ने नए स्पीकर राहुल नार्वेकर को लेटर सौंपा है। लेटर में कहा है कि 16 विधायकों ने व्हिप का उल्लंघन किया है। इसलिए इनकी सदस्यता रद्द हो। स्पीकर ने उनका लेटर ले लिया है और उस पर विचार करने की बात कही है। बागी गुट के 16 विधायकों की सदस्यता का मामला पहले से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में है।
स्पीकर चुनाव में भी शिंदे गुट ने जीत हासिल की
उद्धव सरकार को गिराने के बाद एकनाथ शिंदे ने रविवार को विधानसभा में पहला शक्ति परीक्षण जीत लिया। भाजपा के राहुल नार्वेकर विधानसभा के नए स्पीकर चुने गए। नार्वेकर को 164 वोट, जबकि शिवसेना के राजन साल्वी को 107 वोट मिले। वोटिंग के दौरान NCP के 7 और कांग्रेस के 2 विधायक गायब रहे।
विधानसभा की कार्यवाही शुरू होने के बाद विपक्ष की मांग पर डिप्टी स्पीकर नरहरि जिरवाल ने विधायकों की गिनती शुरू कराई। विधानसभा में अभी 287 विधायक हैं और जीत के लिए 144 का मैजिक फिगर चाहिए था। हालांकि, वोटिंग में सिर्फ 275 विधायकों ने भाग लिया।
12 विधायकों ने नहीं लिया वोटिंग में हिस्सा
स्पीकर चुनाव में नवाब मलिक (NCP), अनिल देशमुख (NCP), मुक्ता तिलक (भाजपा), लक्ष्मण जगताप (भाजपा), प्रणित शिंदे (कांग्रेस), दत्ता भरणे (NCP), निलेश लंके (NCP), अण्णा बनसोडे (NCP), दिलीप मोहिते (NCP), बबन शिंदे (NCP), मुफ्ती इस्माइल शाह (AIMIM) और रणजीत कांबले (कांग्रेस) ने वोटिंग में हिस्सा नहीं लिया।
शिवसेना में रहे, टिकट नहीं मिला तो बदल लिया दल
राहुल नार्वेकर 2014 से पहले शिवसेना में थे, लेकिन लोकसभा का टिकट नहीं मिला, तो पार्टी छोड़ NCP में शामिल हो गए। 2014 में मवाल लोकसभा सीट से मैदान में उतरे, लेकिन हार मिली। फिर नार्वेकर भाजपा में शामिल हो गए।
2016 में गवर्नर कोटे से नार्वेकर विधानपरिषद पहुंचे। वहीं 2019 के विधानसभा चुनाव में उन्होंने कोलाबा विधानसभा सीट से जीत हासिल की। राहुल नार्वेकर को भाजपा गठबंधन के 106, शिवसेना के 39 और निर्दलीय 19 विधायकों का वोट मिला है।
सियासी टशन में पलट गई उद्धव सरकार
20 जून को एकनाथ शिंदे के साथ शिवसेना के करीब 20 विधायक सूरत निकल गए, जिसके बाद इन विधायकों को गुवाहाटी ले जाया गया। विधायक गुवाहाटी में करीब 6 दिन रहे। इसके बाद शिंदे गुट ने 39 विधायक साथ होने का दावा कर दिया।
वहीं इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की एंट्री भी हुई, जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने 11 जुलाई को सुनवाई करने की बात कही है। राज्यपाल के फ्लोर टेस्ट कराने के निर्देश के बाद उद्धव ठाकरे ने 29 जून को अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया था।
