बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। राज्यपाल श्री कलराज मिश्र ने कहा कि रम्मतों के साथ बीकानेर के लोगों की पहचान जुड़ी है। यहां के लोगों की जिंदादिली, खुशमिजाजी और आत्मीयता का सीधा संबंध रम्मतों से है। श्री मिश्र ने शुक्रवार को महाराजा गंगासिंह विश्वविद्यालय के रम्मत पार्क में रम्मत महोत्सव के उद्घाटन समारोह में यह बात कही।
श्री मिश्र ने कहा कि भरतमुनि के नाट्यशास्त्र के मूल में भी हमारी लोक कलाएं जुड़ी हैं। देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में रामलीला, रासलीला, स्वांग, ख्याल, बिंदेसिया, तमाशा जैसी नाट्य विधाएं लोकप्रिय हैं। बीकानेर में सदियों से रम्मत परम्परा चली आ रही है। होलाष्टक के साथ ही बीकानेर के पाटों पर फक्कड़ दाता, हेड़ाउ मेरी, अमर सिंह राठौड़ जैसी प्रसिद्ध रम्मतों का मंचन होता है। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि बीकानेर की रम्मतें रूढ़ नहीं हैं। समय के साथ परम्परा को बरकरार रखते हुए इनमें सम सामयिक बदलाव भी हुए हैं। बीकानेरवासियों ने अपनी सांस्कृतिक पहचान को लुप्त नहीं होने दिया है। उमंग और उल्लास का सहज भाव निहित होने के कारण ही तीज-त्यौहारों की यहां की संस्कृति आज भी जीवंत है।
राज्यपाल ने कहा कि स्थानीय संस्कृति और लोक कला से भावी पीढ़ी को जोड़ने के लिए महाराजा गंगासिंह विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा रम्मत महोत्सव के आयोजन के रूप में की गई यह अभिनव पहल सराहनीय है। स्थानीय संस्कृति और लोक कलाओं के संरक्षण के लिए विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में रम्मत पार्क की स्थापना भी अन्य विश्वविद्यालयों के लिए अनुकरणीय है। श्री मिश्र ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालयों को ज्ञान के उत्कृष्ट केन्द्र के साथ ही स्थानीय परम्पराओं और संस्कृति के संरक्षण और आयोजन धर्मिता के भी संवाहक बनते देखना अत्यन्त खुशी की बात है। इन आयोजनों से हमारी परम्पराएं और सुदृढ़ हो सकेंगी।
इस अवसर पर विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में बोलते हुए कला व संस्कृति मंत्री डॉ बी डी कल्ला ने कहा कि बीकानेर की संस्कृति अनूठी लोक कलाओं को अपने में समेटे हुए हैं। रम्मतें यहां की संस्कृति को अलहदा पहचान दिलाती हंै। रम्मतों के कथानक मनोरंजन के साथ-साथ इतिहास से भावी पीढ़ियों को परिचित करवाते हैं। महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित किए जा रहे इस रम्मत महोत्सव से इस लोक कला को पुनर्जीवन मिल सकेगा तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी रम्मत लोकनाट्य को नई पहचान मिलेगी।
कार्यक्रम में केन्द्रीय संसदीय मामलात राज्य मंत्री श्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल भी ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म पर मौजूद रहे। कुलपति प्रो. विनोद कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि बीकानेर की रम्मतें, यहां की सबल परंपरा रही है। ऐसी परंपराओं को संरक्षित करने के लिए विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से यह अनूठी पहल की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में रम्मत पार्क बनाया गया है, जिसका उद्देश्य बीकानेर की समृद्ध रम्मत लोक कला का संरक्षण करना और भावी पीढ़ी को इस परम्परा से परिचित करवाना है। महोत्सव के दौरान प्रसिद्ध 11 रम्मतें खेली जाएंगी।
इससे पूर्व शंख व नगाड़ा वादन तथा सरस्वती वंदना के साथ महोत्सव प्रारम्भ किया गया। कार्यक्रम आयोजन सचिव डाॅ बिट्ठल बिस्सा द्वारा कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत की गई तथा रम्मत कलाकारों का परिचय दिया गया। डाॅ. बिस्सा ने बताया कि रम्मत महोत्सव के पहले दिन उस्ताद उमेश सेन के नेतृत्व में मशालची नाइयों की वीर रस प्रधान अमर सिंह राठौड़, पं. जुगल किशोर ओझा ‘पुजारी बाबा’ के नेतृत्व में फक्कड़ दाता तथा उस्ताद मदन व्यास के नेतृत्व में कीकाणी व्यासों के चैक की स्वांग मेहरी रम्मत का मंचन किया गया। कुलसचिव संजय धवन द्वारा अतिथियों का आभार व्यक्त किया गया। इस दौरान प्रो. एस. के. अग्रवाल, मदन जेरी, कन्नू रंगा, रामजी रंगा, सूर्य प्रकाश, राम किसन व्यास, मुकेश आदि रम्मत कलाकारों सहित विभिन्न महाविद्यालयों के प्रतिनिधि मौजूद रहे।
शनिवार को इन रम्मतों का होगा मंचन
रविवार तक चलने वाले इस रम्मत महोत्सव के दूसरे दिन मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में जलदाय मंत्री डाॅ. बी. डी. कल्ला मौजूद रहेंगे। आयोजन से जुड़े गोपाल बिस्सा ने बताया कि शनिवार को आचार्यों के चौक की अमर सिंह राठौड़ रम्मत, बिस्सों के चौक की भक्त पूरणमल की रम्मत, बारह गुवाड़ की नौटंकी शहजादी की रम्मत तथा बारह गुवाड़ की स्वांग मेहरी की रम्मत का मंचन होगा। वहीं लोक गायिका भारती जोशी लोक गीतों की प्रस्तुति देगी।
