सूचना एवं जनसम्पर्क विभाग के आयुक्त महेन्द्र सोनी ने त्रिपाठी को प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया एवं उन्हें साफा व माला पहना कर सम्मानित किया। सूचना एवं जनसम्पर्क आयुक्त ने श्री प्रेम प्रकाश त्रिपाठी की 37 वर्षों तक की गई राजकीय सेवा की सराहना करते हुए उनके दीर्घ एवं स्वस्थ जीवन की कामना की।
