संभाग स्तरीय अमृता हाट मेला 6 अक्टूबर से संभागीय आयुक्त ने की तैयारियों की समीक्षा
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। संभाग स्तरीय अमृता हॉट मेले का आयोजन जयनारायण व्यास कॉलोनी स्थित ग्रामीण हाट में 6 से 12 अक्टूबर तक आयोजित किया जाएगा। इसकी पूर्व तैयारियों के संबंध में सोमवार को संभागीय आयुक्त बी.एल. मेहरा की अध्यक्षता में बैठक आयोजित हुई।
संभागीय आयुक्त ने कहा कि महिला सशक्तीकरण को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित इस मेले में प्रदेश के 33 जिलों में कार्यरत महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों की भागीदारी रहेगी। इसमें महिलाओं द्वारा निर्मित उत्पादों के 80 से 100 स्टॉल्स लगाए जाएंगे। इससे संबंधित सभी तैयारियां समय रहते कर ली जाएं। आयोजन के दौरान कोविड एप्रोप्रिएट बिहेवियर की अनुपालना सुनिश्चित की जाए। साथ ही गृह विभाग द्वारा जारी गाइडलाइन का ध्यान रखा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि मेले के सफल आयोजन के लिए विभिन्न विभागों की जिम्मेदारी तय की गई है। इसके अनुरूप सभी व्यवस्थाएं कर ली जाएं।
संभागीय आयुक्त ने आयोजन स्थल पर साफ-सफाई, विद्युत आपूर्ति, पेयजल, बैठक, स्टॉल आवंटन, भोजन आदि से संबंधित कार्यों का विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। आयोजन का अधिक से अधिक प्रचार-प्रसार हो। मेले के दौरान सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर चाक-चौबंद रखने तथा आवश्यक जाब्ता तैनात करने के लिए निर्देशित किया। इस दौरान आवश्यक संसाधनों के साथ मेडिकल टीम नियुक्त करने तथा सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान के लिए नियंत्रण कक्ष स्थापित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड गाइडलाइन के अनुरूप सक्षम स्तर से आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन के पश्चात् ही सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाए।
जिला कलक्टर नमित मेहता ने कहा कि आयोजन में बीकानेर के परम्परागत लघु उद्योगों से जुड़े स्वयं सहायता समूहों को आमंत्रित किया जाए। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना तथा महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं के प्रचार-प्रसार से संबंधित स्टॉल्स लगाई जाएं। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को उन्हें दिए गए दायित्वों का निर्वहन पूर्ण गंभीरता से करने के निर्देश दिए। महिला अधिकारिता विभाग की उपनिदेशक मेघा रतन ने मेले के दौरान आयोजित होने वाली विभिन्न गतिविधियों के बारे में बताया।
