Delhi Ordinance: केंद्र सरकार ने लोकसभा में मंगलवार को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली क्षेत्र सरकार संशोधन विधेयक-2023 पेश किया। केंद्रीय गृह राज्यमंत्री नित्यानंद राय जब इस विधेयक को पेश कर रहे थे, तब विपक्षी दल जोरदार हंगामा कर रहे थे।
नई दिल्ली. दिल्ली में सेवाओं के अधिकारों को लेकर मंगलवार को लोकसभा में लाए गए विधेयक पर आज चर्चा होगी। पहले बुधवार को ही इस बिल पर चर्चा होनी थी। लेकिन विपक्ष के भारी विरोध के कारण लोकसभा पहले 2 बजे तक फिर पूरे दिन के लिए स्थगित हो गई थी, जिसके कारण चर्चा नहीं हो पाई थी। बिल पर आज चर्चा के लिए भाजपा ने अपने सांसदों को तीन लाइन का व्हिप जारी किया है। वहीं, इस मुद्दे पर सरकार को लगातार दूसरे दलों का समर्थन मिल रहा है। पहले इस बिल पर आंध्र प्रदेश की YSR कांग्रेस ने सरकार को समर्थन देने का ऐलान किया था, वहीं, मंगलवार को उड़ीसा के सत्तारूढ़ दल बीजू जनता दल ने सरकार को समर्थन देने का ऐलान किया है।

‘आप’ ने कल की थी बिल के गिरने की भविष्यवाणी
बिल पर चर्चा शुरू होने से पहले ही राज्यसभा से अनुचित व्यवहार करने के लिए पूरे सत्र के लिए निलंबित पार्टी के राज्यसभा सांसद संजय सिंह ने भविष्यवाणी किया कि दिल्ली सेवा बिल राज्यसभा में गिर जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्यसभा में हमारे पास पर्याप्त संख्या बल है। वहीं, सरकार के पास पर्याप्त बहुमत नहीं है। वहीं, कांग्रेस नेताओं ने इसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले का अपमान बताया था।
उनकी मजबूरियां होंगी इसलिए केंद्र का साथ दे रहे- आप
अध्यादेश के मुद्दे पर YSR कांग्रेस और बीजू जनता दल के केंद्र सरकार का साथ देने के सवाल पर पार्टी के प्रवक्ता और राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि उन्होंने कुछ मजबूरियों के कारण यह फैसला लिया होगा। जो लोग इस बिल का समर्थन करेंगे उन्हें राष्ट्र-विरोधी के रूप में याद किया जाएगा। हम भारत के संविधान को बचाने के लिए लड़ेंगे।
सरकार को कानून बनाने का हक-BJD
वहीं, इस मुद्दे पर बीजू जनता दल (बीजद) ने सरकार का समर्थन किया है। पार्टी सांसद पिनाकी मिश्रा ने कहा कि केंद्र को दिल्ली के संबंध में कानून बनाने का अधिकार है। पार्टी ने अपने लोकसभा और राज्यसभा सांसदों को सरकार के समर्थन में वोट डालने के लिए व्हिप जारी किया है। अगर हम लोकसभा में संख्या गणित की बात करे तो बिल को पास होने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता। भाजपा के अकेले 301 सदस्य, जबकि राजग को 330 से अधिक सदस्य हैं। वहीं, लोकसभा में किसी भी बिल को पास करने के लिए 272 सांसदों की जरूरत होती है।
