मुख्य सचिव ने आमजन को बेहतर सेवाएं मुहैया कराने के लिए समुचित तैयारियां करने के दिए निर्देश
जयपुर। आमजन की समस्याओं का मौके पर ही निस्तारण करने के लिए राज्य में आगामी 1 मई से ‘प्रशासन गांवों के संग’ अभियान चलाया जाएगा। मुख्य सचिव श्री निरंजन आर्य ने शुक्रवार को यहां शासन सचिवालय में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से अभियान की तैयारियों की समीक्षा की।
मुख्य सचिव श्री आर्य ने अभियान के दौरान होने वाली विभिन्न विभागों की गतिविधियों पर बिन्दुवार चर्चा कर आवश्यक नई गतिविधियां जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि अभियान के दौरान आमजन को बेहतर सेवाएं मुहैया कराने के लिए अधिकारी विभागीय स्तर पर समुचित तैयारियां कर लें। साथ ही शिविर के पूर्व की जाने वाली गतिविधियों को चिह्नित कर कार्यक्रम तैयार कर लें, ताकि लोगों को शिविर में मौके पर ही लाभ दिया जा सके।
आर्य ने अभियान के दौरान कोरोना गाइड लाइन की पालना सुनिश्चित करने, शिविरों का व्यापक प्रचार- प्रसार एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों का सहयोग लेने के निर्देश दिए। सभी विभागों को मॉनिटरिंग एवं समन्वय प्रकोष्ठ का गठन कर प्रभारी अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति करने के लिए निर्देशित किया।
राजस्व विभाग के प्रमुख शासन सचिव श्री आनन्द कुमार ने बताया कि करीब डेढ़ महीने तक चलने वाले अभियान के दौरान राज्य की सभी 11 हजार 341 ग्राम पंचायतों के मुख्यालय पर शिविर लगाए जाएंगे। शिविरों की तिथि का निर्धारण जिला कलक्टर स्तर पर किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इन शिविरों में राजस्व, ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज, ऊर्जा, जनस्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी, कृषि, जनजाति क्षेत्रीय विकास, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता, सैनिक कल्याण, महिला एवं बाल विकास, चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य, खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति, आयोजना, पशुपालन, श्रम, आयुर्वेद, शिक्षा, सहकारिता एवं सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग जैसे आमजन से सीधे जुड़े विभागों के अधिकारी-कार्मिक मौजूद रहकर लोगों की समस्याओं का निस्तारण करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि अभियान में अच्छा कार्य करने वाले अधिकारी-कार्मिकों को आगामी स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
