बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता । बीकानेर में बढ़ते कोरोना आंकड़ों को लेकर शनिवार को जिला प्रशासन ने हरकत में आते हुए बीकानेर में कोरोना कंट्रोल के लिए कई पाबंदिया लागू की है जिसके आदेश जिला कलक्टर नमित मेहता ने जारी कर दिए है । जिला मजिस्ट्रेट नमित मेहता ने शनिवार को आदेश जारी करते हुए बीकानेर जिला मुख्यालय की नगरीय सीमा में रात्रि 9 बजे से प्रातः 6 बजे तक रात्रि कालीन कर्फ्यू लागू किया है। यह 11 अप्रैल को सायं 8 बजे से लागू होकर आगामी आदेश तक प्रभावी रहेगा। सभी बाजार, दुकानें, कार्यस्थल एवं व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान, काम्पलेक्स रात्रि कालीन कर्फ्यू के दौरान बंद रहेंगे। दुकानों और प्रतिष्ठानों को रात्रि 8 बजे बंद करना होगा, जिससे कि संबंधित स्टाफ एवं अन्य व्यक्ति रात्रि 9 बजे तक अपने घर पहुंच जाएं।
इन पर नहीं होगा लागू
वे फैक्ट्रियां, जिनमें निरंतर उत्पादन हो रहा हो। जिनमें रात्रिकालीन शिफ्ट लागू हो। आई टी कम्पनियां, केमिस्ट शाॅप, अनिवार्य एवं आपातकालीन सेवाओं से संबंधित कार्यालय, विवाह संबंधी समारोह, चिकित्सा सेवाओं से संबंधित कार्यस्थल, चिकित्सा या अन्य आपातकालीन स्थिति के लिए कोई भी व्यक्ति एवं उनके वाहन, बस स्टेण्ड, रेलवे स्टेशन और एयरपोर्ट से आने-जाने वाले यात्री, माल परिवहन करने वाले भार वाहनों के आवागमन, माल के लोडिंग एवं अनलोडिंग तथा इस कार्य के लिए नियोजित व्यक्ति तथा रेस्टोरेंट के लिए केवल होम डिलेवरी अनुमत होगी। इन कार्यों के लिए अलग से पास की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। इनके अलावा किसी भी प्रकार की आपातकालीन एवं विशेष परिस्थितियों में संबंधित उपखण्ड मजिस्ट्रेट, एरिया मजिस्ट्रेट तथा पुलिस थानाधिकारी द्वारा अनुमति प्रदान की जाएगी।
राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी गाइडलाइन रहेंगी प्रभावी
आदेश में वर्णित सभी दुकानों, संस्थाओं, संगठनों, व्यापारिक प्रतिष्ठानों द्वारा कोविड-19 सुरक्षा प्रोटोकाॅल की सख्ती से पालना की जाएगी। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा इस संबंध में सख्त निगरानी एवं पर्यवेक्षण किया जाएगा और यदि इसका उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान के विरूद्ध आवश्यक शास्ति आरोपित करने और सील करने की कार्यवाही की जाएगी। प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश का उल्लंघन किए जाने की स्थिति में भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 188, 269, 270, राजस्थान महामारी अधिनियम 2020, आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 तथा अन्य सुसंगत प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत अभियोजित किया जाएगा।
