वाराणसी। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट से इजाजत मिलने के बाद वाराणसी के ज्ञानवापी परिसर का भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (ASI) की टीम ने गुरुवार सुबह 8 बजे से सर्वे शुरू कर दिया है। इस बार ASI टीम में 61 सदस्य हैं। यानी पिछली बार की तुलना में 40 सदस्य ज्यादा। ज्ञानवापी परिसर को 4 ब्लॉक में बांटा गया है। चारों तरफ कैमरे लगाए हैं। वीडियोग्राफी की जा रही है। ज्ञानवापी की पश्चिम दीवार पर सबसे ज्यादा फोकस है। दीवार की बारीक स्कैनिंग की जा रही है। कलाकृतियों को देखा जा रहा है।
ASI के साथ हिंदू पक्ष अंदर गया है, लेकिन मुस्लिम पक्ष ने सर्वे में शामिल होने से इनकार कर दिया है। मुस्लिम पक्ष ज्ञानवापी नहीं पहुंचा। जुमा को देखते हुए प्रदेश में हाईअलर्ट रखा गया है। ज्ञानवापी के आसपास भारी संख्या में फोर्स तैनात की गई है। गुरुवार को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने ASI को ज्ञानवापी के वैज्ञानिक सर्वे की अनुमति दी थी। जस्टिस प्रीतिंकर दिवाकर ने कहा, ‘न्यायहित में सर्वे जरूरी है। मुझे इस तर्क में कोई दम नहीं दिखता कि बिना दीवार खोदे ASI नतीजे पर नहीं पहुंच सकता।’ कोर्ट ने सर्वे रोकने की अंजुमन इंतेजामिया मसाजिद कमेटी की याचिका खारिज कर दी थी। इस बीच, हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के खिलाफ मुस्लिम पक्ष ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया है। आज सुनवाई होगी।
हिंदू पक्ष के 7 मुस्लिम पक्ष के 9 लोगों को अनुमति
अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट (नगर) आलोक कुमार वर्मा ने हिंदू पक्ष के 7 और मुस्लिम पक्ष के 9 लोगों को सर्वे टीम के साथ अंदर जाने की अनुमति दी है। इसमें हिंदू पक्ष में रेखा पाठक, सीता साहू, लक्ष्मी देवी, सोहन लाल आर्य, अनुपम द्विवेदी, सुभाष नंदन चतुर्वेदी, विक्रम व्यास परिसर में अंदर पहुंच चुके हैं।
वहीं, मुस्लिम पक्ष में मौलाना अब्दुल बांकी, अब्दुल बातीन नोमानी, एमएम यासिन, मुमताज अहमद, अखलाक अहमद, मोहम्मद एजाज अहमद, शमशेर अली, फुजैल अहमद, हाजी नेसार को बुलाया गया था। लेकिन, वो ज्ञानवापी परिसर में नहीं पहुंचे हैं।
अब खुदाई नहीं, जीपीआर तकनीक का इस्तेमाल करेगी ASI
वाराणसी जिला कोर्ट के आदेश पर ASI ने 24 जुलाई को ज्ञानवापी का सर्वे शुरू किया था। उस वक्त ASI की 20 सदस्यीय टीम थी। हालांकि, कुछ घंटे बाद ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सर्वे पर रोक लगा दी थी। ASI टीम के जो फुटेज सामने आए थे, उसमें वह फावड़ा अंदर लेकर जाते हुए नजर आए थे। हालांकि, हाईकोर्ट ने अब खुदाई नहीं करने की बात कही है, ताकि परिसर को क्षति न हो।
अब परिसर की खुदाई नहीं होगी। ग्राउंड पेनिट्रेटिंग रडार (जीपीआर) तकनीक का इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। इसमें रेडियो वेव की फ्रीक्वेंसी के जरिए पता चल जाता है कि जमीन या दीवार के अंदर क्या है।
कार्बन डेटिंग पद्धति से भी साक्ष्यों की जांच की जाएगी।
दीवारों, नींव, मिट्टी में रंग परिवर्तन की भी जांच करेंगे।
ज्ञानवापी सर्वे से जुड़े अपडेट्स
- मुस्लिम पक्ष यानी अंजुमन इंतजामिया के संयुक्त सचिव एसएम यासीन के मुताबिक, ‘हमने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सर्वे आदेश के खिलाफ अपील की थी। जिसकी आज सुनवाई निश्चित है। इसकी जानकारी वाराणसी के अधिकारियों को दी गई है। हमारा अपील है कि शीर्ष अदालत के आदेश तक सर्वे को रोका जाए।’
- हिंदू पक्ष के पक्षकार सोहन लाल आर्या ने कहा, “औरंगजेब ने किस प्रकार से ज्ञानवापी का विध्वंस किया और वहां मस्जिद बनाई। यह सच सर्वे से दुनिया के सामने आएगा। वहीं हिंदू पक्ष के वकील ने कहा कि ASI सर्वे कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
- मुस्लिम पक्ष ने तड़के 4.30 बजे एक व्हाट्एसऐप पर एक मैसेज जारी किया है। इसमें लोगों से पूरी तरह शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की है। कहा है कि संयम-शांति-सौहार्द हमारी जीत का मूल मंत्र होगा।
