नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कोरोनाकाल के 19 महीने में शुक्रवार को 10वीं बार देश को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने संबोधन की शुरुआत करते हुए कहा, ‘जयो में सब्य आहतम…इसे भारत के संदर्भ में देखें तो हमारे देश ने एक तरफ कर्तव्य का पालन किया तो उसे बड़ी सफलता भी मिली। कल भारत ने 100 करोड़ वैक्सीन डोज का कठिन लेकिन असाधरण लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया है। इसके पीछे 130 करोड़ देसवासियों की शक्ति लगी है। यह हर देशवासी की सफलता है। यह केवल एक आंकड़ा नहीं है। यह देश के सामर्थ्य का प्रतिबिंब है। यह उस नए भारत की तस्वीर है जो कठिन लक्ष्य हासिल करना चाहता है। जो अपने संकल्प की सिद्धि के लिए परिश्रम की पराकाष्ठा करता है।’

वैक्सीनेशन में भेदभाव नहीं किया
मोदी ने आगे कहा कि इससे भारत को जो फार्मा हब की पहचान मिली है उसे मजबूती मिलेगी। कोरोना महामारी की शुरुआत में यह भी आशंकाएं व्यक्त की जा रही थीं कि भारत जैसे देश में इस महामारी से लड़ना मुश्किल होगा। यह भी कहा जा रहा था कि इतना संयम कैसे चलेगा, लेकिन भारत ने मुफ्त वैक्सीनेशन का अभियान शुरू किया। गांव, शहर, सुदूर देश का एक ही मंत्र रहा कि वैक्सीन भेदभाव नहीं करती तो वैक्सीनेशन में भी भेदभाव नहीं हो सकता। कोई कितना भी बड़ा हो, कितना धनी हो उसे वैक्सीन सामान्य नागरिकों की तरह की लगेगी।
ताली-थाली बजाने से देश की एकजुटता दिखी
प्रधानमंत्री बोले कि यह भी कहा जा रहा था कि यहां लोग टीका लगवाने आएंगे ही नहीं। दुनिया के कई देशो में यह बड़ी चुनौती बन गई है, लेकिन भारत ने 100 करोड़ वैक्सीन डोज लगाकर सबको निरुत्तर कर दिया है। हमने महामारी के खिलाफ देश की लड़ाई में जन भागीदार को फर्स्ट लाइन ऑफ डिफेंस बनाया। हमने ताली थाली बजाई तब कुछ लोगों ने कहा था कि क्या इससे बीमारी भाग जाएगी, लेकिन उससे एकजुटता की ताकत दिखी। उसी शक्ति ने इस देश को आज 100 करोड़ तक पहुंचाया है।
वैक्सीन सप्लाई की चुनौती से वैज्ञानिक तरीकों से निपटे

प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि भारत में बने कोविन प्लेटफॉर्म ने आम लोगों को सहूलियत दी, बल्कि मेडिकल स्टाफ के काम को भी आसान बनाया। आज चारों तरफ उत्साह है उमंग है विश्वास है। देश-विदेश की तमाम एजेंसी भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था को लेकिर बहुत सकारात्मक हैं। भारत में युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर भी बढ़ रहे हैं। रिकॉर्ड स्टार्टअप यूनिकॉर्न बन रहे हैं। हाउसिंग सेक्टर में भी नई ऊर्जा दिख रही है। पिछले दिनों किए गए रिफॉर्म भारत की अर्थव्यस्था को और तेजी से बढ़ाने में सहयोग करेंगे।
किसानों का भी जिक्र
मोदी ने कहा कि आज रिकॉर्ड लेवल पर अनाज की खरीद हो रही है। किसानों के खाते में सीधे पैसे जा रहे हैं। खेल जगत हो, एंटरटेनमेंट हो सब जगह सकारात्मक गतिविधियां तेज हो रही हैं। आने वाला त्योहारों का सीजन इसे और गति और शक्ति देगा।
प्रधानमंत्री ने पिछली बार 7 जून को देश को संबोधित किया था। इस दौरान उन्होंने दो बड़े ऐलान किए थे। पहला ये कि 18 साल से बड़े सभी लोगों को 21 जून से कोरोना वैक्सीन मुफ्त लगेगी। राज्यों को अब इसके लिए कुछ भी खर्च नहीं करना है। दूसरा ऐलान ये किया था कि देश के 80 करोड़ गरीब लोगों को प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के तहत दिवाली तक मुफ्त राशन दिया जाएगा। कोरोना के समय में प्रधानमंत्री का देश के नाम ये नौवां संबोधन था।
