चूरू@जागरूक जनता। मिलावटखोरों के खिलाफ जिले में चलाये जा रहे अभियानों के तहत हुई कार्रवाई में वर्ष 2021 में अपर जिला कलक्टर न्यायालय ने विभिन्न प्रकरण में 5 लाख 45 हजार रूपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया हैं। जुर्माने की यह कार्रवाई 38 प्रकरणों में की गई है। न्यायालय में पेश प्रकरणों से पहले लिए गये नमूने प्रयोगशाला जांच में सब स्टेर्ड व मिस ब्रांड पाये गये थे। जुर्माने की कार्रवाई के प्रकरणों में अधिकतर दूध व दूध से निर्मित पदार्थ मावा,मावा बरफी, दही, पनीर, घी के नमूने अधिक है। इसके अलावा रिफाइंड सोयाबीन तेल, बेसन, कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स, टाॅफी,मसाले के शामिल रहे है। जिमसें सर्वाधिक मावे के विभिन्न नमूनों पर 1 लाख 56 हजार रूपये व दूध के नमूनों पर 23 हजार रूपये, घी पर 61 हजार रूपये व रिफाइंड तेल पर 1 लाख 25 हजार रूपये तथा बेसन पर दस हजार व मसालों पर 10 हजार रूपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया।

मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डाॅ. मनोज शर्मा ने बताय कि जिले में इस वर्ष अगस्त माह तक दूध व दूध से निर्मित पदार्थों सहित अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावट के खिलाफ चलाये गये अभियान में चिकित्सा विभाग की खाद्य सुरक्षा टीम ने कार्रवाई कर खाद्य पदार्थों के 111 नमूने लिये गये। नमूनों की प्रयोगशाला में हुई जांच में देशी घी व मावा के 2 नमूने जांच में अनसेफ, पाये गये। इसके अलावा 11 नमूने सब स्टैण्र्ड व 7 मिस ब्रांड पाये गये। खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी फूलसिंह बाजिया ने बताया कि प्रयोगाशाला जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर किये गये अनुसंधान के बाद 9 प्रकरण में अपर जिला कलक्टर, न्यायालय में परिवाद पेश किया गया है। वर्ष 2020 में लिये गये खाद्य पदार्थ नमूनों में से 47 मामलों में 33 सब स्टेण्र्ड व 13 मिस ब्रांड व एक अनसेफ पाये गया।
सोयाबीन तेल के नमूनों में सर्वाधिक 80 हजार जुर्माना
खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी फूलसिंह बाजिया ने बताया कि जिले में पिछले वर्ष दीपावली पर राजलदेसर में हुई कार्रवाई में 2388 लीटर सोयाबीन रिफायंड तेल के चार नमूने लिये गये। नमूनों की जांच में मिस ब्रांड पाये गये। बाद में न्यायालय में परिवाद पेश किया गया। जिसमें चारों नमूनों पर न्यायालय ने 80 हजार रूपये का जुर्माना लगाया हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि वर्ष 2020 में मिलावट खोरों के खिलाफ पेश प्रकरण में 3 लाख 58 हजार रूपये तथा 201़9 में न्यायालय में पेश प्रकरण में 7 लाख 65 हजार रूपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया है।
अनसेफ, सब स्टैण्र्ड व मिस ब्रांड पर यह जुर्माने का प्रावधान
खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी फूलसिंह बाजिया ने बताया कि खाद्य सुरक्षा मानक अधिनियम के तहत खाद्य पदार्थ नमूने जांच में अनसेफ पाये जाने पर न्यायालय अतिरिक्त मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष प्रकरण पेश किया जाता है। इसके अलावा जांच में नमूने सब स्टैण्र्ड व मिस ब्रांड पर अपर जिला कलक्टर न्यायालय में परिवाद पेश किया जाता है। उन्होंने बताया कि खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम की धारा 59 के विभिन्न प्रावधानों के अनुसार खाद्य नमूना जांच में अनसेफ पाये जाने पर कम से कम छह माह की सजा व कम से कम एक लाख रूपये तक का जुर्माने का प्रावधान है। सब स्टैण्र्ड होने पर न्यायालय 5 लाख रूपये तक का अधिकतम जुर्माना व मिस ब्रांड होने पर 3 लाख रूपये तक का अधिकतम जुर्माना किया जा सकता है।
