अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या पर तय होगा कि कितने चरणों में करानी है परीक्षा
अजमेर। राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग (RPSC) की ओर से राजस्थान राज्य एवं अधीनस्थ सेवाएं संयुक्त (RAS) प्रतियोगी परीक्षा 2021 (प्रारम्भिक) की तारीख घोषित कर दी गई है। यह परीक्षा 27 व 28 अक्टूबर को होगी। आयोग ने इस सम्बन्ध में गुरुवार को आदेश जारी किए हैं। आयोग के सचिव शुभम चौधरी ने बताया कि अंतिम तिथि तक प्राप्त आवेदन-पत्रों की संख्या के आधार पर परीक्षा चरणों का निर्धारण किया जाएगा। उसके बाद परीक्षा कार्यक्रम भी जारी कर दिया जाएगा।
आवेदन ऑनलाइन भरे जा रहे हैं। अंतिम तिथि 2 सितंबर है। कुल 988 पदों में 363 पद राज्य सेवा के और 625 पद अधीनस्थ सेवाओं के हैं। अब तक प्रदेश के 1 लाख 60 हजार से अधिक अभ्यर्थी आवेदन कर चुके हैं। आयोग ने पाठ्यक्रम वेबसाइट पर जारी कर दिया है।
दो दिन होगी परीक्षा
इस बार आरएएस प्रारंभिक परीक्षा दो दिन होगी। आयोग द्वारा जारी परीक्षा तिथि से यह जानकारी मिली है। अभी तक एक ही दिन RAS प्रारंभिक परीक्षा होती थी। RAS प्री 2018 का आयोजन आयोग ने 5 अगस्त 2018 को एक ही दिन किया था।
20 जुलाई को जारी किया था विज्ञापन
आयोग ने RAS-RTS 2021-22 का विज्ञापन 20 जुलाई को जारी किया गया था। इसके लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 28 जुलाई से शुरू होकर 27 अगस्त तक चलनी थी, लेकिन तकनीकी कारणों का हवाला देते हुए इस प्रक्रिया को स्थगित कर दिया गया। बाद में नई तिथि घोषित की गई थी। 4 अगस्त से ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू किए गए थे। 2 सितंबर तक भरे जाएंगे।
भूतपूर्व सैनिक कोटे का लाभ केवल राज्य के लोगों को
आयोग की ओर से जारी आदेश के मुताबिक, राज्य सरकार ने 1 अगस्त को अधिसूचना जारी की है। इसके अनुसार, राजस्थान के मूल निवासी भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को ही भूतपूर्व सैनिक वर्ग का लाभ दिया जाएगा।

आयोग द्वारा जारी विज्ञापन में EWS (इकोनॉमिक वीकर सेक्शन) अभ्यर्थी के लिए पहली बार आरक्षण इस सेवा में लागू किया गया है। नियमानुसार इसके अभ्यर्थियों को आयु सीमा और शुल्क में रियायत दी जाएगी। इनके पदों का विवरण भी अलग कॉलम में जारी किया गया है।
200 अंकों का होगा पेपर
आरएएस प्री-2021 का पेपर सामान्य ज्ञान और सामान्य विज्ञान का होगा। 200 अंकों के इस प्रश्न पत्र को हल करने के लिए अभ्यर्थी को तीन घंटे का समय मिलेगा। आयोग द्वारा जारी परीक्षा योजना एवं पाठयक्रम में ये जानकारी दी गई है। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में एक ही प्रश्न पत्र होगा। सवाल ऑब्जेक्टिव होंगे। परीक्षा का उद्देश्य केवल स्क्रीनिंग परीक्षण करना है।
