बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। राज्य सरकार सड़क हादसों को लेकर संवेदनशील है और समय-समय पर जागरूकता अभियान चलाती है तो वंही इन हादसों पर रोकथाम के लिए बड़ा बजट भी जारी करती है । लेकिन बीकानेर प्रशासन इन सब व्यवस्थाओं को दरकिनार कर शहर की पॉश कॉलोनी अंत्योदय नगर के वाशिंदों के साथ दुर्भावनापूर्ण रवैया अपना रहा है । मामला इस कॉलोनी में से गुजरने वाली 60 फीट चौड़ी सड़क को लेकर है जंहा इस सड़क पर गति अवरोधक ना होने की वजह से हवा से बाते करते हुए दुपहिया वाहन व अन्य मालवाहक गाड़ियां तेज गति से गुजरती है जिससे बड़ा हादसा होने का डर हर समय बना रहता है । जिस पर मोहल्ले वासियों ने स्पीड ब्रेकर की मांग को लेकर नगर निगम सहित इस व्यवस्था से जुड़े तमाम अधिकारियों के आगे गुहार लगाई लेकिन लापरवाह प्रशासन के कान पर जूं तक नही रेंगी । कॉलोनी के भगीरथ जाखड़ ने सरकारी सिस्टम पर सवालिया निशान लगाते हुए कहा कि इस कॉलोनी से गुजरने वाली मुख्य सड़क बंगला नगर में जाती है शाम के समय असामाजिक शरारती तत्व नशे में धुत होकर तेज रफ्तार से गाड़ियां चलाते है जिससे कॉलोनी के बच्चों के चोटिल होने का डर हमेशा सिर माथे रहता है । वंही इस रोड़ पर ट्रैफिक बना रहता है । यंहा पहले भी कई हादसे हो चुके है । जाखड़ के अनुसार कॉलोनी में स्पीड ब्रेकर लगाने की मांग को लेकर कॉलोनी वासी 8 से 10 बार इस सम्बंध में जिला प्रशासन को शिकायत कर चुके है लेकिन किसी ने उनकी इस जायज मांग पर सुध नही ली । ऐसे में बड़ा सवाल है क्या जिला प्रशासन किसी घर का चिराग बुझने का इंतजार कर रहा है ?? वंही किसी दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए अगर स्पीड ब्रेकर जैसी सामान्य मांग को ही प्रशासन पूरा नही कर पा रहा है तो भला सड़क बनाने की मांग को तो सपने में भी नही सोच सकते । जागरूक जनता के माध्यम से कॉलोनी वासियों ने जिला कलेक्टर नमित मेहता से स्पीड ब्रेकर लगाने को लेकर आखिरी उम्मीद जताई है । मेहता यूआईटी के अध्यक्ष भी है वंही अंत्योदय नगर भी यूआईटी की ही कॉलोनी है ऐसे में उम्मीद है मेहता साहब जल्द ही अंत्योदय नगर वासियों के घरों के चिराग की रक्षा हेतु स्पीड ब्रेकर की जायज मांग को हरी झंडी प्रदान करेंगे । स्पीड ब्रेकर की मांग करने वालों में कॉलोनी के शैतान राम घणघस, रामचंद्र डोगीवाल, भागीरथ जाखड़, श्री राम कूकना, नमन जाखड़, मनमोहन रिंटोर आदि शामिल थे । मोहल्ले वासियों के अनुसार उनकी इस मांग को जल्द पूरा नही किया गया तो वे नेशनल हाईवे को जाम करंगे ।
