केन्द्रीय कृषि मंत्रालय ने राजस्थान के बीकानेर में करीब 200 से 250 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से मेगा फूड पार्क बनाने की मंजूरी दी है।
नई दिल्ली/बीकानेर। केन्द्रीय कृषि मंत्रालय ने राजस्थान के बीकानेर में करीब 200 से 250 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से मेगा फूड पार्क बनाने की मंजूरी दी है। इससे बीकानेर समेत आसपास के इलाके की कृषि उपज का उचित प्रबंधन होगा। साथ ही कृषि क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले हजारों युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर भी मिलेगे।
केन्द्रीय कृषि मंत्री नरेंद्र तोमर ने बताया कि इस पार्क के बनने से कृषि आधारित उद्योगों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। करीब 30 से 40 कृषि आधारित औद्योगिक इकाइयां स्थापित हो सकेंगी। मेगा फूड पार्क निर्माण को लेकर बीकानेर से सांसद व केन्द्रीय संसदीय कार्य राज्य मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल प्रयास कर रहे थे। इसको लेकर मेघवाल 15वीं व 16वीं लोकसभा में भी प्रश्न उठा चुके है।
मिलेगा 50 करोड़ का अनुदान
केंद्रीय खाद्य प्रस्संकरण उद्योग मंत्रालय की ओर से अधिकतम 50 करोड़ रुपए का अनुदान उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा।
भुजिया व रसगुल्ले का स्वाद पूरे विश्व में
मेघवाल ने कहा कि बीकानेर की पहचान खान-पान से पूरे विश्व में है। बीकानेर के भुजिया एवं रसगुल्लों का स्वाद पूरे विश्व में अपनी ख्याति स्थापिक कर चुका है। बीकानेर में उत्पादित कृषि जिंसों की गुणवत्ता भी श्रेष्ठ है। बीकानेर में फूड पार्क की स्थापना के लिए मेगा फूड पार्क से प्रत्यक्ष अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से 25000 लोगों को रोजगार के साधन उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। इसमें किसानों को बीकानेर में उत्पादित जिन्सों को प्रोसेस करने के लिए उद्योग और बाजार उपलब्द हो जाएंगे।

मेगा फूड पार्क में किसान समूहों, स्वयं सहायता समूह, व्यक्तिगत समूहों से फील्ड में संग्रहण, प्राइमरी प्रोसेसिंग सेंटर जिसमें कुलिंग, ग्रेडिग पल्पिंग, शांटिग, वैक्सिंग, टेम्पररी स्टोरेज से जुडे उद्योगों को उत्पादन एवं मार्केट की सुविधा में विस्तार होगा। साथ ही मेगा फूड पार्क में फ्रेश प्रोडेक्ट और वेल्यु एडेड प्रोडेक्ट जो कि उच्च गुणवता के उत्पाद तैयार किए जाएंगे। इन उत्पादों को स्थानीय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों के मापदंडों को ध्यान में रखकर तैयार किया जाएगा।
