नेशनल वोटर्स डे पर इलेक्शन कमीशन ने e-EPIC स्कीम शुरू की है। EPIC यानी इलेक्टोरल फोटो आइडेेंटिटी कार्ड। इसके जरिए आप अपने वोटर ID को अपने मोबाइल में डाउनलोड कर पाएंगे। इसका प्रिंट भी लिया जा सकेगा। कानून मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने सोमवार को इसकी शुरुआत की। इस दौरान पांच नए वोटर्स को ई-वोटर कार्ड दिए गए।
वोटर ID मिलने का इंतजार खत्म
यह सुविधा शुरू होने के बाद वोटर ID का इंतजार नहीं करना होगा। वोटर लिस्ट में नाम शामिल होते ही इसे डाउनलोड किया जा सकेगा। वोटर इस कार्ड को प्रिंट कर सकते हैं, इसे लैमिनेट कर सकते हैं या इसे सहूलियत के हिसाब से डिजिटली स्टोर कर सकते हैं।
डिजिटल कार्ड के फायदे
- e-EPIC नए वोटर्स को जारी किए जा रहे प्लास्टिक वोटर कार्ड से अलग होगा। इसे डिजीलॉकर में भी अपलोड किया जा सकता है।
- e-EPIC डाउनलोड करने से पहले KYC कराना होगा। यह सुविधा मिलने के बाद वोटर को एड्रेस चेंज होने पर बार-बार नया कार्ड बनवाने की जरूरत नहीं रहेगी। इसके लिए सिंगल e-EPIC काफी होगा। QR कोड में बदले पते के साथ इसे नए सिरे से डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है।
- जिन वोटर्स का वोटर ID कार्ड खो गया है या खराब हो गया है, वे फ्री में डुप्लीकेट कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे। अभी इसके लिए 25 रुपए देने होते हैं।
- इस कदम से वन नेशन – वन इलेक्शन कार्ड की योजना पर आगे बढ़ा जा सकेगा।
आप कैसे E-EPIC डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे?
सबसे पहले आपको e-EPIC डाउनलोड करने के लिए वोटर पोर्टल, वोटर हेल्पलाइन मोबाइल ऐप या नेशनल वोटर सर्विस पोर्टल की साइट पर जाना होगा।
वोटर पोर्टल की वेबसाइट http://voterportal.eci.gov.in/ और NVSP की साइट https://nvsp.in/ है। इसके अलावा आप गूगल प्ले स्टोर से वोटर मोबाइल एप भी डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
अगर e-EPIC डाउनलोड करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन e-EPIC नंबर खो गया है तो आप इलेक्ट्रोरल रोल फॉर्म को http://voterportal.eci.gov.in/ या http://electoralsearch.in/ पर सर्च करें। यहां से आप अपना e-EPIC नंबर पा सकते हैं।
e-EPIC डाउनलोड करने के लिए इन स्टेप्स को फॉलो करना होगा
- e-EPIC डाउनलोड करने के लिए आपको http://voterportal.eci.gov.in/ or https://nvsp.in/ या वोटर हेल्पलाइन ऐप पर जाना होगा।
- वोटर पोर्टल पर खुद को रजिस्टर या लॉगिन करें।
- इसके बाद मेन्यू पर जाकर डाउनलोड e-EPIC पर क्लिक करें।
- EPIC नंबर या फॉर्म रैफरेंस नंबर डालें।
- OTP से नंबर वैरिफाई करें।
- डाउनलोड EPIC पर क्लिक करें।
- अगर मोबाइल नंबर कार्ड पर दूसरा है, तो KYC की प्रोसेस पूरा करें।
- इसमें फेस लाइवनेस वैरिफिकेशन भी कर सकते हैं।
- KYC की मदद से नया नंबर अपडेट कर e-EPIC डाउनलोड किया जा सकेगा।
- आज से वेब रेडियो हैलो वोटर्स की भी शुरुआत
- इलेक्शन कमीशन ऑफ इंडिया के स्थापना दिवस पर 2011 से हर साल 25 जनवरी को नेशनल वोटर्स डे मनाया जाता है। इसमें राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद इलेक्शन कमीशन के वेब रेडियो, हैलो वोटर्स की शुरुआत करेंगे।
