नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया का आज भी जमानत नहीं मिल पाई। कोर्ट ने उनकी सीबीआई हिरासत दो दिन बढ़ा दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि उनकी जमानत याचिका पर 10 मार्च को फिर से विचार किया जाएगा। वहीं, मनीष सिसोदिया ने आज खुद जज से सीबीआई की शिकायत की। उन्होंने खुद जज से कहा कि सीबीआई पूछताछ के नाम पर उन्हें प्रताड़ित कर रही है। वहीं, सीबीआई ने सिसोदिया की रिमांड तीन दिन बढ़ाने की मांग की। सीबीआई ने कहा कि सिसोदिया अब भी जांच में सहयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं। उन्हें शराब घोटाले के अन्य आरोपियों से आमना-सामना करवाना है। इस पर जज ने पूछा कि अब सिसोदिया को किसके सामने ले जाना है, सीबीआई बताए। वहीं, सिसोदिया के वकील ने सीबीआई रिमांड की मांग का विरोध किया। आइए जानते हैं सीबीआई की विशेष अदालत में किसने क्या कहा है…
सीबीआई सिसोदिया की रिमांड तीन दिन के लिए बढ़ाने की मांग की। तब स्पेशल सीबीआई कोर्ट के जज एमके नागपाल ने पूछा क्यों? अब क्या बाकी रह गया?
इस पर सीबीआई ने कहा कि सिसोदिया से रोजाना रात 8 बजे तक पूछताछ हो रही है, लेकिन वो अब भी उचित जवाब नहीं दे रहे हैं। सिसोदिया जांच में मदद नहीं कर रहे हैं।
सिसोदिया की ओर से पेश सीनियर एडवोकेट दयान कृष्णन ने रिमांड की मांग का विरोध किया। दलील दी कि सीबीआई रिमांड इस आधार पर नहीं मांग सकती कि हम आरोपी के कबूलनामे का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। वह हर बार इस आधार पर रिमांड नहीं ले सकती कि सिसोदिया जांच में सहयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं।
कृष्णन ने कहा कि पहली बार इस आधार पर रिमांड देना ही काफी था, अब दी गई तो यह अति होगी।
जज ने कहा कि अगर आपको लगता है कि रिमांड देना गलत था तो उस आदेश को हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती देनी चाहिए थी ।
सिसोदिया के दूसरी वकील मोहित माथुर ने दलील दी कि तीन दिन की रिमांड के बाद तो रिमांड एप्लीकेशन में कोई नया तथ्य आना चाहिए था, लेकिन आज भी जांच एजेंसी की दलील वही है, जो पहले दिन थी।
इस पर अदालत ने कहा कि अब जमानत अर्जी पर 10 मार्च को दोपहर 2 बजे सुनवाई होगी। इसके साथ ही, अदालत ने सीबीआई से कहा कि वो बचाव पक्ष की दलीलों का जवाब दाखिल करे।
मनीष सिसोदिया ने भी अदालत में अपना बयान दिया। उन्होंने खुद जज से कहा कि सीबीआई उन्हें एक ही सवाल बार-बार पूछकर प्रताड़ित कर रही है। उन्होंने सीबीआई पर पूछताछ के बहाने टॉर्चर करने का आरोप लगाया।
26 फरवरी को गिरफ्तार हुए थे मनीष सिसोदिया
दिल्ली में घोटाले को अंजाम देने के लिए शराब नीति बदलने के आरोप का सामना कर रहे मनीष सिसोदिया को सीबीआई ने 26 फरवरी को आठ घंटे की पूछताछ के बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। सीबीआई ने सिसोदिया से पहले भी कई दौर की पूछताछ की थी। लेकिन केंद्रीय एजेंसी ने पिछले हफ्ते यह कहते हुए गिरफ्तार कर लिया था कि सिसोदिया जांच में सहयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं। एजेंसी ने अगले दिन 27 फरवरी को सिसोदिया को कोर्ट में पेश कर उनकी हिरासत मांगी थी जो मिल गई। कोर्ट ने सीबीआई को सिसोदिया की पांच दिनों की हिरासत दी थी जो शनिवार को खत्म हो गई। इस कारण नियम के अनुसार रविवार को उन्हें दोबारा कोर्ट में पेश करना पड़ा।
