बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। नगरीय विकास आवासन एवं स्वायत्त शासन विभाग के आदेश अनुसार प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान में मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा बजट घोषणा के अनुपालन में शहरी नागरिकों की कठिनाइयों के निवारण तथा समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान करने का निर्णय किया गया है।
नगर विकास न्यास सचिव नरेंद्र सिंह राजपुरोहित ने बताया कि जिन प्रकरणों में पूर्व में 8 वर्ष की लीज राशि जमा कराकर 99 वर्ष लीज मुक्ति प्रमाण पत्र लिया हुआ है। उनमें 2 वर्ष की एक मुश्त लीज लेकर 99 वर्षीय पट्टे को संपूर्ण फ्री होल्ड का पट्टा दिए जाने का प्रावधान है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिन प्रकरणों में पिछले वर्षों की लीज बकाया है, उनमें बकाया लीज राशि 60 प्रतिशत की छूट देते हुए बकाया लीज राशि 40 प्रतिशत जमा करवाकर अग्रिम 10 वर्षों की लीज एकमुश्त जमा करवाने पर फ्री होल्ड का पट्टा दिया जाएगा। प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान में भी यह छूट जारी रहेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि ई डब्ल्यू एस, एर्ल आइ जी, एम आई जी ए के आवंटित आवासीय की बकाया राशि एकमुश्त जमा करवाई जाने पर ब्याज व पेनल्टी में शत-प्रतिशत छूट का भी प्रावधान किया गया है। इस छूट को भी प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान तक बढ़ाया गया है।
