मीराबाई धोरा परिसर में बनाई जाएगी पानी की नई टंकी- डॉ. कल्ला
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। सुजानदेसर के मीराबाई धोरा परिसर में पानी की नई टंकी बनाई जाएगी तथा आवश्यकता के अनुसार नई पाइप लाइन डाली जाएगी। ऊर्जा एवं जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी मंत्री डॉ बी. डी. कल्ला ने मंगलवार को यहां पौधारोपण के दौरान यह जानकारी दी। भागीरथ नन्दिनी संस्था के तत्वावधान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि मीराबाई धोरा का ऐतिहासिक महत्व हैं। यह स्थानीय लोगों की आस्था का केंद्र है। यहां आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विकास के लिए किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बीकानेर शहर में वर्ष 2052 तक की पेयजल आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए बनाई गई लगभग 600 करोड रुपए की वृहद पेयजल परियोजना के तहत मीराबाई धोरा पर पानी की टंकी बनाई जाएगी तथा यहां पर लगाए गए पौधों को पर्याप्त पानी मिले के मध्य नजर पाइप लाइन डाली जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिक से अधिक पौधे लगाना तथा उनकी देखभाल करना पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए अति महत्वपूर्ण है। युवाओं को इसमें भागीदारी निभानी चाहिए। डॉ. कल्ला ने राज्य सरकार के वृहद वृक्षारोपण अभियान और घर-घर औषधि योजना की जानकारी दी।
