अधिक से अधिक लोगों को मिले ‘प्रशासन शहरों के संग’ अभियान का लाभ-जिला कलक्टर
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। ‘प्रशासन शहरों के संग’ अभियान की पूर्व तैयारियों के संबंध में गुरुवार को जिला कलक्टर नमित मेहता की अध्यक्षता में बैठक आयोजित की गई।
इस दौरान जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि 2 अक्टूबर से प्रारंभ होने वाले इस अभियान का लाभ अधिक से अधिक लोगों को मिले, इसके मद्देनजर संबंधित विभाग समय रहते तैयारियां कर लें। विभागों द्वारा अभियान के दौरान किए जा सकने वाले कार्यों का चिन्हीकरण कर लिया जाए तथा इनके क्रियान्वयन के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय कर दी जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि बीकानेर नगरीय क्षेत्र के अलावा नोखा, श्रीडूंगरगढ़ एवं देशनोक में अभियान के तहत शिविर आयोजित होंगे। संबंधित उपखण्ड अधिकारी को इनकी सम्पूर्ण माॅनिटरिंग करनी होगी। इन शिविरों में किए जाने वाले प्रस्तावित कार्यों की सूची के आधार पर बैठक में चर्चा की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि शिविरों के दौरान किए गए कार्यों की रिपोर्ट प्रतिदिन भिजवानी होगी।
जिला कलक्टर ने बताया कि अभियान के दौरान कृषि भूमि के आवासीय, व्यावसायिक एवं अन्य प्रयोजनार्थ रूपांतरण, राजस्थान नगरपालिका अधिनियम 2009 की धारा 69-ए के अंतर्गत पट्टे जारी करने, पूर्व राजा-महाराजाओं या भू-स्वामियों की सीलिंग व संपदा अर्जन अधिनियम 1963 की भूमियों पर बसी आवासीय कॉलोनी, अधिसूचित कच्ची बस्तियों, लीज होल्ड से फ्री होल्ड करने, नाम हस्तांतरण प्रकरण, अपंजीकृत पट्टों के पुनर्वेध कर पंजीकरण कराने, भू-उपयोग परिवर्तन, राजस्थान आवासन मंडल की कॉलोनियों का रिपेयरिंग, नाम हस्तांतरण, स्ट्रीट लाइट, शुल्क, पट्टे आदि से संबंधित कार्य किए जाएंगे।
मेहता ने बताया कि इन कार्यों के साथ सामाजिक न्याय अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा वृद्धावस्था, विधवा एवं विकलांग पेंशन प्रकरण तथा राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक सहायता कार्यक्रम के तहत प्रकरणों का निस्तारण किया जाएगा। जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग द्वारा पेयजल पाइप लाइनों के लीकेज, नाली व नाले के अंदर की पाइप लाइन को शिफ्ट करना, खराब पड़े सार्वजनिक नल व हैंडपंप को ठीक करवाना जैसे कार्य करवाए जाएंगे।
इसी प्रकार ऊर्जा विभाग द्वारा लटके हुए तारों को व्यवस्थित करना, आवासीय भवनों के ऊपर से जाने वाली सभी प्रकार की विद्युत लाइनों को शिफ्ट करना तथा आवासीय भवनों के बकाया विद्युत कनेक्शन जारी करना आदि कार्य करवाए जाएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि सार्वजनिक निर्माण द्वारा संबंधित नगर पालिका क्षेत्र में क्षतिग्रस्त टूटी सड़कों तथा पुलियों की मरम्मत, शहरी क्षेत्र में अवस्थित नजूल संपत्तियां, जो किसी राजकीय उपयोग में नहीं आ रही हैं, उनका हस्तांतरण नगर निकायों को करवाया जाएगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि नगरीय क्षेत्रों में उपलब्ध सिवायचक भूमि का नगरीय निकायों को हस्तांतरण का कार्य राजस्व विभाग द्वारा तथा कुपोषण मुक्ति संबंधी कार्य एवं राष्ट्रीय टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम का प्रचार प्रसार आदि कार्य महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा करवाए जाएंगे।
