बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। दिवाली पर आमजन को शुद्ध मिठाइयाँ व खाद्य पदार्थ मिले और उनके स्वास्थ्य के साथ कोई खिलवाड़ ना कर सके, इसके लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने “शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध” विशेष अभियान शुरू कर दिया है। जिला कलेक्टर नमित मेहता के निर्देशानुसार गुरूवार को कार्यवाहक सीएमएचओ डॉ. ओम प्रकाश चाहर के नेतृत्व में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम ने भैंसावाड़ा और कमला कॉलोनी क्षेत्र में 2 कोल्ड स्टोरेज व एक दुकान पर ताबड़-तोड़ कार्यवाही कर डाली। मौके पर सड़े-फफूंद लगे लगभग 15 क्विंटल मावे को नष्ट करवाया गया और 4 नमूने लेकर जांच के लिए भेजे गए। कार्यवाही में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी महमूद अली के साथ आई.ई.सी. समन्वयक मालकोश आचार्य, जिला फ्लोरोसिस प्रभारी महेंद्र जयसवाल व सुखदेव कुमार शामिल रहे।
दोपहर में भैंसवाडा क्षेत्र स्थित आशा कोल्ड स्टोरेज से कार्यवाही शुरू की गई। जांच में 6 टिन यानिकी लगभग 120 किलो खराब मावा बरामद हुआ। इस सडांध मारते मावे को तत्काल खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के अनुसार नष्ट करवा दिया गया। मावे के 2 नमूने भी लिए गए। डॉ चाहर ने कोल्ड स्टोरेज में गन्दगी को लेकर भी नाराजगी जताई।
इसके बाद दल कमला कॉलोनी स्थित प्रीति कोल्ड स्टोरेज पहुंचा तब तक स्टोर पर ताले लग चुके थे। सीएमएचओ ने पड़ताल कर स्टोरेज मालिक को तलब कर बुलाया और स्टोर खुलवाया। अन्दर का दृश्य काफी परेशान करने वाला था। काफी तादाद में मावा न सिर्फ 1 साल से पुराना था बल्कि सड़ा व फफूंद लगा भी था। कुछ मावे का रंग काला तो कुछ का भूरा हो गया था। लगभग 70 पीपे खराब मावे के निकले। खराब मावे को तत्काल नष्ट करने बीछवाल क्षेत्र भेजा गया। मौके पर खराब मावे के टिन पर लगी पर्चियों के आधार पर मावा मालिकों को बुलाया गया और 1 नमूना लिया गया। नमूनों को जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला बीकानेर भेजा जाएगा। कोल्ड स्टोरेज मालिक को एफएसएसएआई के मानकों के अंतर्गत फ़ूड लाइसेंस से सम्बंधित नोटिस दिया जाएगा। इसी प्रकार पुरानी गजनेर रोड़ स्थित कई मावा विक्रेताओं के मावे की जांच की गई जो सही गुणवत्ता का पाया गया फिर भी नमूनीकरण की कार्यवाही की गई।
एफ.एस.एस.ए.आई. के मानकों का हो शत प्रतिशत पालन
खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी महमूद अली ने बताया कि एफ.एस.एस.ए.आई. के मानकों अनुसार सभी छोटे-बड़े मिठाई-नमकीन निर्माताओं से पैक्ड फूड पर खाद्य संरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण के लोगो व लाइसेंस संख्या अंकित करने, मिठाइयों में स्वीकृत रंगों की भी कम से कम मात्रा उपयोग करने, उन्हें ढक कर रखने, चांदी के शुद्ध बरग ही इस्तेमाल करने तथा स्वच्छता बनाए रखने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।
