जयपुर में 1 लाख 91 हजार से ज्यादा लाभार्थियों को मिलेगी सौगात
जयपुर। मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत की बजट घोषणा की क्रियान्विति के तहत महिलाओं को इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी के साथ स्मार्ट मोबाइल फोन उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए 10 अगस्त को इंदिरा गांधी स्मार्ट फोन योजना का आगाज होगा।
जिला कलक्टर श्री प्रकाश राजपुरोहित ने बताया कि 10 अगस्त से योजना के प्रथम चरण के तहत जयपुर जिले में 1 लाख 91 हजार 548 लाभार्थियों को स्मार्ट फोन दिये जायेंगे। प्रथम चरण में चयनित चिरंजीवी परिवारों की एकल नारी/विधवा महिलाओं, सरकारी विद्यालयों की कक्षा 9-12 में अध्ययनरत छात्राओं, सरकारी आईटीआई एवं पॉलिटेक्निक तथा संस्कृत महाविद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत छात्राओं एवं नरेगा में 100 कार्य दिवस पूर्ण करने वाले परिवारों की महिला मुखियाओं तथा इंदिरा गांधी शहरी रोजगार योजना में 50 कार्य दिवस पूर्ण करने वाले परिवारों की महिला मुखियाओं को लाभांवित किया जाएगा।
6 स्थानों पर तथा 22 ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों पर होगा वितरण
कलक्टर ने बताया कि जयपुर शहर में 6 स्थानों पर तथा 22 ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों पर स्मार्ट फोन वितरण हेतु शिविरों का आयोजन किया जायेगा। चयनित लाभार्थियों को शिविर में तिथिवार आमंत्रित करने के लिये लाभार्थियों के पास प्रशासन द्वारा एसएमएस के माध्यम से सूचित किया जायेगा तथा एक पर्ची भी भेजी जायेगी जिसमें शिविर की तिथि, स्थान एवं शिविर में आते समय लाने वाले दस्तावेजों की सूची अंकित होगी।
लाभार्थी को शिविर में आते समय अपने साथ अपना जनाधार कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड तथा जनाधार कार्ड में दर्ज मोबाइल फोन लाना आवश्यक होगा। अध्ययनरत छात्राओं अपने साथ आईडी कार्ड/एनरोलमेंट कार्ड, विधवा नारी को पीपीओ साथ लाने होंगे।
यह रहेगी स्मार्ट फोन प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं संचार विभाग के उपनिदेशक श्री ऋतेश कुमार शर्मा ले बताया कि शिविर में आईजीएसवाई पोर्टल पर लाभार्थी का ई-केवाईसी किया जायेगा। पोर्टल पर लाभार्थी का जनाधार नं डालकर उसके विवरणों को सत्यापित किया जायेगा, सत्यापित होने की दशा में लाभार्थी द्वारा अपने साथ लाये गये मोबाइल फोन पर जनाधार ई-वॉलेट इंस्टॉल किया जायेगा।
इसके बाद लाभार्थी के पैन कार्ड का विवरण आईजीएसवाई पोर्टल पर दर्ज करने के बाद तीन प्रकार के फॉर्म प्रिंट करके उसे दिये जायेंगे। इसके बाद लाभार्थी इन फॉर्म को लेकर मोबाइल सेवा प्रदाता कंपनी के काउंटर पर जाकर सिम का एवं डाटा प्लान का चयन करेगा, इसके बाद मोबाइल कंपनी के काउंटर पर जाकर अपनी इच्छा अनुसार मोबाइल फोन का चयन करेगा।
इस सब के बाद भरे हुए फॉर्म को लेकर अंतिम काउंटर पर जायेगा जहां उपस्थित कार्मिक उसके फॉर्म में अंकित सूचनायें एवं लाभार्थी द्वारा प्रस्तुत समस्त दस्तावेजों को स्कैन कर आईजीएसवाई पोर्टल पर दर्ज एवं अपलोड करेगा ।
यह प्रक्रिया पूरी होते ही लाभार्थी द्वारा लाये गये फोन में पूर्व में इंस्टॉल किये गये ई-वॉलेट में राज्य सरकार द्वारा कुल 6800 रुपये हस्तांतरित कर दिये जायेंगे। इस राशि का उपयोग कर लाभार्थी पूर्व में चयन किये गये मोबाइल फोन तथा सिम प्राप्त कर सकेगा।
यहां राज्य सरकार द्वारा लाभार्थी के ई-वॉलेट में 6125 रुपये मोबाइल फोन के लिये तथा 675 रुपये सिम कार्ड मय इंटरनेट डाटा प्लान के लिये हस्तांतरित किये जायेंगे। राज्य सरकार द्वारा अप्रैल 2024 एवं अप्रैल 2025 में भी इंटरनेट हेतु प्रति वर्ष 900 रुपये हस्तांतरित किये जायेंगे।
साथ ही श्री ऋतेश कुमार शर्मा ने यह भी बताया कि लाभार्थी को शिविर में आते समय उसके जनाधार कार्ड में दर्ज मोबाइल नम्बर वाला मोबाइल उसके साथ लाना आवश्यक होगा। अगर लाभार्थी का मोबाइल नं बदल गया है तो वह शिविर में आने से पूर्व ई-मित्र पर जाकर अपने जनाधार में अपना नया नम्बर दर्ज करवा लें।
