राजस्थान में सावन के महीने में झमाझम बारिश हो रही है। मौसम विभाग ने आगामी 48 घंटे में तेज बारिश होने की संभावना जताई है। इसमें जयपुर, नागौर, चूरू, टोंक, बूंदी, बीकानेर, भीलवाड़ा, चित्तौड़गढ, अजमेर, राजसमंद, चित्तौड़गढ़, पाली, जैसलमेर, बाड़मेर, जोधपुर, श्रीगंगानगर में आकाशीय बिजली के साथ बारिश होने की संभावना है।
श्रीगंगानगर में मूसलाधार बारिश से जनजीवन अस्त व्यस्त हो गया है, जिसके बाद सेना की मदद लेनी पड़ी। वहीं श्रीगंगानगर में जुलाई महीने में 224 एमएम बारिश दर्ज की गई है। इससे पूर्व एक दिन में सर्वाधिक बारिश 107.7 एमएम 18 जुलाई, 1978 को दर्ज की गई थी। झालावाड़, उदयपुर, भीलवाड़ा, टोंक, बांसवाड़ा, डूंगरपुर, चित्तौड़गढ़ सहित अन्य जगहों पर तेज बारिश का दौर जारी है।
जयपुर मौसम केंद्र के निदेशक आरएस शर्मा ने बताया कि इस बार बंगाल की खाड़ी से लगातार नमी वाली हवाएं पश्चिम की ओर आ रही हैं। इसकी वजह से राज्य में अच्छी बारिश हो रही है। सोमवार से कुछ जगहों पर बारिश की गतिविधियों में कमी आने के आसार हैं।
बीते 24 घंटे में सबसे अधिक बारिश शनिवार सुबह तक श्रीगंगानगर के चूनावाद में 154, गजसिंहपुर में 90.5, नागौर के मकराना में 125, कुचामन में 59, नावां में 57, प्रतापगढ के छोटीसादड़ी में 43, सीकर में 35, उदयपुर के खेरवा में 60, चूरू के रतनगढ़ में 81, राजगढ़ में 32, धौलपुर के उर्मिलासागर में 82, बसेड़ी में 48, अजमेर के रूपनगढ में 50, बांसवाड़ा के सज्जनगढ में 46, भीलवाड़ा के बनेड़ा में 60, जेतपुरा में 57, कोठारी में 50, काछौला में 48, चित्तौड़ के वागन डैम में 50, डूंगरपुर के गणेशपुर में 33, हनुमानगढ़ के सांगरिया में 65, जयपुर के फुलेरा में 56, नरैना में 52, जालौर के सायला में 38 एमएम बारिश दर्ज की गई।
