जयपुर। राज्य में कोविड-19 के संक्रमण फैलाव में वृद्धि को देखते हुए गृह विभाग के 21 मार्च, 2021 के आदेश के तहत जारी की गयी गाईडलाईन्स की निरन्तरता में होली एवं शब-ए-बारात के अवसर पर 28 एवं 29 मार्च को सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर, सार्वजनिक ग्राउंड्स, पब्लिक पार्क, बाजार एवं धार्मिक स्थलों पर किसी भी प्रकार के आयोजनों पर रोक लगाई गई है। इस संबंध में गृह विभाग ने आदेश जारी कर दिया है।
गौरतलब है कि 21 मार्च को कोरोना गाइडलाइन में होली का त्यौहार घरों मे मनाने के लिए आमजन से अपील की गई थी। देश के अन्य राज्यों जैसे दिल्ली, महाराष्ट्र, उत्तर प्रदेश एवं हरियाणा सहित अन्य राज्यों ने भी कोरोना की दूसरी लहर से संक्रमण फैलाव में वृद्धि को रोकने के लिए होली एवं शब-ए- बारात के अवसर पर सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर आयोजित होने वाले सभी सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमों पर रोक लगा दी है।
घर पर रहकर ही मनाएं त्योंहार
राज्य सरकार ने भी लोगों को घर पर ही होली एवं शब-ए-बारात के आयोजन करने की अपील करते हुए सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर किसी भी प्रकार के आयोजनों पर रोक लगा दी है। सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर सार्वजनिक रूप से एकत्रित होकर होली खेलने एवं शब-ए-बारात का सार्वजनिक आयोजन करने की इजाजत नहीं है। भीड़ इकठ्ठा करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थान, पार्क, मार्केट या धार्मिक स्थान पर सार्वजनिक उत्सव आयोजित करने पर रोक रहेगी।
जिला कलेक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट्स व पुलिस आयुक्त जयपुर एवं जोधपुर को उक्त निर्देशो की उल्लंघन करने वालो के विरूद्व राजस्थान महामारी अधिनियम 2020 एवं आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 के प्रावधाना के अन्र्तगत कठोर दंण्डात्मक कार्यवाही करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया है।
