बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता । जिले की पूगल तहसील में सरपंच से मिलीभगत कर कृषि भूमि का फर्जी बैयनामा करवाने का संगीन मामला सामने आया है । मामले में पुरानी गिन्नाणी निवासी निर्मल तंवर ने पूगल थाने में सरपंच सहित पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है । परिवादी के अनुसार उसने 28 मई 2019 को पूगल के अमरपुरा उपनिवेशन क्षेत्र में 7.09 बीघा कृषि भूमि मोतीराम पुत्र कुंभाराम लुहार से खरीदी थी । एक लाख में सौदा तय हुआ, पचास हजार तुरंत दिए गए, शेष के लिए समय डाला गया । लेकिन बाद में लॉकडाउन की वजह से चालीस हजार रुपए भुगतान कर जमीन पर कब्जा प्राप्त कर लिया गया । इस दौरान विक्रेता मोतीराम से शेष दस हजार की राशि के लिए कुछ और समय लिया गया । लेकिन मोतीराम ने अमरपुरा सरपंच मुरली मोदी के साथ मिलीभगत कर फर्जीवाड़ा करते हुए भूमि का फर्जी बैयनामा सरपंच के भाई की पत्नी मीनाक्षी मोदी के नाम कर दिया । इस बैयनामें में घनश्याम मोदी व महेंद्रदान चारण भी गवाह बनें। उक्त बैयनामा मोतीराम पुत्र कुम्भाराम ने अमरपुरा सरपंच मुरली मोदी से सांठ गाठ व षडयंत्र रचकर मुरली मोदी के भाई की पत्नी मीनाक्षी पत्नी घनश्याम के नाम बैयनामा करवाया जिसमें गवाह घनश्याम व महेन्द्रदान चारण वगैराह ने षडयंत्र रचकर प्रार्थी को सदोष हानि पहुंचाने की नियत से एवं स्वयं को सदोष लाभ पहुंचाने की नियत से उक्त कूटरचित फर्जी बैयनामा तैयार करवाया ।
