नई दिल्ली । केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने मंगलवार को वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 का बजट पेश कर दिया। इसमें उन्होंने भविष्य से जुड़ी कई अहम योजनाओं का एलान किया। सीतारमण ने अपने चौथे बजट में रेलवे से लेकर किसानों और करदाताओं से लेकर सैनिकों तक सभी के लिए संक्षेप में कई बड़े एलान किए। ऐसे में हम आपको संक्षेप में बता रहे है कि आखिर बजट में आम आदमी के महत्व वाली क्या चीजें रहीं और हमारे भविष्य के लिए बजट में क्या बड़े एलान किए गए।
बजट में किसके लिए क्या?
1. किसानों के लिए
सीतारमण ने किसानों को सौगात देते हुए कहा कि अब एमएसपी का भुगतान सीधे किसानों के खाते में किया जाएगा।
गंगा के किनारों के 5 किलोमीटर के दायरे में आने वाली जमीन पर ऑर्गेनिक खेती को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। खेती की जमीन के दस्तावेजों का डिजिटलीकरण होगा।
राज्यों को एग्रीकल्चर यूनिवर्सिटी के सिलेबस बदलने को कहा जाएगा, ताकि खेती की लागत को कम किया जा सके।
2. करदाताओं के लिए
बजट में टैक्स स्लैब्स में कोई बदलाव नहीं हुआ है। व्यक्तिगत करदाताओं के लिए बुनियादी छूट की सीमा में आखिरी बार बदलाव 2014 में हुआ था।
करदाताओं को बड़ी राहत के तौर पर दो साल में अपने रिटर्न को अपडेट करने की अनुमति दी है। करदाता पनी सालाना आय की घोषणा में हुई गलती को दो साल में सुधार सकता है।
3. एजुकेशन सेक्टर के लिए
शिक्षा मंत्रालय के लिए 1,04,278 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए हैं। यानी शिक्षा बजट में सीधे तौर पर 11.86 फीसदी का इजाफा किया गया है। कोरोना के बीच छात्रों के लिए नई योजनाएं लागू करने में यह कदम अहम होगा।
4. सेना के लिए
बजट में इस साल रक्षा क्षेत्र के लिए आवंटन बढ़ाया गया है। वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में रक्षा क्षेत्र के लिए 5 लाख 25 हजार 166 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए गए हैं।
नए हथियार, विमान, युद्धपोत और अन्य सैन्य साजोसामान की खरीद के लिए 1,52,369 करोड़ रुपये रखे गए हैं, जबकि कर्मचारियों के वेतन-रिटायरमेंट पेंशन के लिए 2.33 लाख करोड़ रखे गए हैं।
5. खेलों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए
सरकार ने ओलंपिक और पैरालंपिक गेम्स में भारत की सफलता को देखते हुए खेल बजट बढ़ाया है। वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए खेल बजट में तीन हजार 62 करोड़ 60 लाख रुपये आवंटित किए गए हैं।
खेलो इंडिया कार्यक्रम के लिए पिछले बजट में 657.71 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए गए थे, जो अब बढ़कर 974 करोड़ रुपये हो गए हैं। – खिलाड़ियों के कुल प्रोत्साहन और पुरस्कार राशि में भी इजाफा किया गया है जो 245 करोड़ से 357 करोड़ रुपये हो गई है।
6. रेलवे को क्या मिला
केंद्रीय बजट में रेल मंत्रालय को 1 लाख 40 हजार करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किये गए हैं, जो कि पिछले बजट से 27 फीसदी ज्यादा है।
बजट में भारत की सबसे तेज ट्रेन वंदे भारत की संख्या बढ़ाने का एलान किया गया। तीन साल में 400 नई वंदे भारत ट्रेन तैयार करने का एलान।
माल ढुलाई कॉरीडोर के लिए 15710.14 करोड़ रुपये, पटरियों के नवीनीकरण के लिए 13335.47 करोड़, गेज परिवर्तन के लिए 2850 करोड़ और दोहरीकरण के लिए 12108 करोड़ रुपये का आवंटन हुआ। नई लाइन के लिए भी 25243 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए गए।
7. डिजिटल क्षेत्र को क्या सौगातें
सरकार ने डिजिटलाइजेशन की कोशिशों के तहत ई-पासपोर्ट जारी करने की योजना रखी। ई-व्हीकल के लिए चार्जिंग स्टेशन की जगह बैटरी बदलने की नीति।
रिजर्व बैंक के जरिए डिजिटल रुपये के लाए जाने का एलान। भारत सरकार की पहली डिजिटल करेंसी होगी। वित्त मंत्री ने क्रिप्टोकरेंसी पर 30 फीसदी टैक्स लगाने का भी एलान किया।
