जयपुर। मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत ने कहा कि कोरोना की दूसरी लहर सभी के लिए चुनौती है। हमें इसे गम्भीरता से लेते हुए इस महामारी को फैलने से रोकना है और इसका मुकाबला हैल्थ प्रोटोकॉल की प्रभावी पालना सुनिश्चित करते हुए करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले साल कोरोना के खिलाफ जंग सभी प्रदेशवासियों के समन्वित प्रयासों से जीती थी। राजस्थान कोरोना प्रबंधन में अव्वल रहा। इस बार भी हमें उसी समर्पण के साथ कार्य करते हुए दूसरी लहर में संक्रमण को फैलने से रोकना है।
श्री गहलोत शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री निवास से वीडियो कॉंफ्रेंस के माध्यम से प्रदेश के विभिन्न स्थानों पर चिकित्सालयों एवं चिकित्सा संस्थानों में 55 करोड़ रूपये से अधिक लागत के 16 कार्यों का लोकार्पण और 2 कार्यों का शिलान्यास करने के बाद संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र राज्य सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता में है। पिछले 2 साल में प्रदेश में हैल्थ सेक्टर में मजबूत इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर तैयार किया गया है। हमारी सरकार के पिछले कार्यकाल में लागू की गई मुख्यमंत्री निःशुल्क दवा योजना एवं मुख्यमंत्री निःशुल्क जांच योजना की पूरे देश में सराहना हुई थी। इस बार हमने ‘निरोगी राजस्थान‘ को अपना ध्येय वाक्य बनाया और हमारी तैयारियों का फायदा कोरोना महामारी के खिलाफ लड़ाई में हमें मिला।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले साल कोरोना संक्रमण के दौरान राजस्थान एवं तमिलनाडू ने कोरोना टेस्ट के लिए शत-प्रतिशत आरटीपीसीआर पद्धति को अपनाया था। हमारे इस कदम की सराहना प्रधानमंत्री ने भी की और उन्होंने कहा कि हर राज्य को 70 प्रतिशत टेस्ट आरटीपीसीआर पद्धति से करने चाहिए ताकि संक्रमण का समय पर पता चल सके और उसे आगे बढ़ने से रोका जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन में राजस्थान देश के अन्य राज्यों से आगे है। हमारे यहां प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र तक वैक्सीनेशन की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। सभी जिला अस्पतालों में ऑक्सीजन की सुविधा उपलब्ध हो चुकी है।
श्री गहलोत ने कहा कि प्रदेश में हर परिवार को स्वास्थ्य बीमा के दायरे में लाने के लिए 1 अप्रैल से रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी और 1 मई को मजदूर दिवस के मौके पर बीमा सुविधा की योजना शुरू हो जाएगी। इसमें एनएफएसए एवं एसईसीसी के दायरे में आने वाले परिवारों के साथ संविदाकर्मियों, लघु एवं सीमान्त किसानों को निःशुल्क तथा अन्य परिवारों को बीमा प्रीमियम की 50 प्रतिशत राशि (लगभग 850 रूपये वार्षिक खर्च) पर सरकारी तथा निजी चिकित्सा संस्थानों में कैशलेस इलाज के लिए प्रतिवर्ष 5 लाख रूपये तक की चिकित्सा सुविधा मिलेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान जोधपुर संभाग में 25 करोड़ 80 लाख रूपये की लागत से पावटा जिला अस्पताल, एसएन मेडिकल कॉलेज में विस्तार कार्यों का शिलान्यास किया। इसके अलावा कोटा संभाग में जे.के.लोन हॉस्पिटल कोटा में 3 करोड़ 24 लाख रूपये की लागत से बने 40 बैड क्षमता के नियोनेटल आईसीयू, 2 करोड़ 58 लाख रूपये की लागत से बने स्कूल ऑफ नर्सिंग भवन, नवीन चिकित्सालय में ब्लड कम्पोनेन्ट सेपेरेशन यूनिट, एसबीएस हॉस्पिटल परिसर और सुपर स्पेश्यलिटी ब्लॉक में ऑक्सीजन जनरेशन प्लांट एवं झालावाड़ के एसआरजी हॉस्पिटल में ऑक्सीजन जनरेशन प्लांट का लोकार्पण किया।
श्री गहलोत ने जयपुर में 10 करोड़ 98 लाख की लागत से बनने वाले राजस्थान मेडिकल एजूकेशन सोसायटी (राजमेस) के प्रशासनिक भवन का शिलान्यास किया। साथ ही एसएमएस हॉस्पिटल में करीब 1 करोड़ 85 लाख रूपये के न्यूरो स्ट्रोक आई.सी.यू. का लोकार्पण भी किया। उन्होंने उदयपुर संभाग में महाराणा भूपाल हॉस्पिटल में फ्लो साइटोमेट्री एवं लिक्विड ऑक्सीजन प्लांट, टी.बी. हॉस्पिटल में एंडो ब्रोंकियल अल्ट्रासाउण्ड ब्रोंकोस्कोपी का लोकार्पण किया। अजमेर के जेएलएन हॉस्पिटल और जनाना अस्पताल में ऑक्सीजन जनरेशन प्लांट का लोकार्पण किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने उम्मेद अस्पताल जोधपुर, उदयपुर के महाराणा भूपाल हॉस्पिटल, जयपुर के जनाना चिकित्सालय एवं महिला चिकित्सालय आदर्श नगर में 4डी सोनोग्राफी मशीनों का भी लोकार्पण किया।
इस अवसर पर चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. रघु शर्मा एवं चिकित्सा राज्यमंत्री डॉ. सुभाष गर्ग ने प्रदेश में चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में पिछले एक साल में हुए कार्यों का जिक्र किया एवं बजट घोषणाओं के लिए मुख्यमंत्री को साधुवाद दिया। परिवहन मंत्री प्रताप सिंह खाचरियावास ने भी कहा कि बजट में सभी को उम्मीद से ज्यादा मिला है।
