डिसइंगेजमेंट के समझौते केे तहत चीन की सेना पैंगॉन्ग लेक के पास से पीछे हट रही है। चीनी सेना ने यहां 100 से ज्यादा बंकर बना लिए थे। इन्हें तोड़ा जा रहा है।
बीजिंग। गलवान घाटी में भारतीय सैनिकों के साथ हुई झड़प के बाद चीनी सेना ने पहली बार अपने सैनिकों के मारे जाने की बात कबूल की है। चीनी सेना के ऑफिशियल न्यूज पेपर PLA डेली के मुताबिक, इस झड़प में 5 सैनिकों की मौत हुई थी। इनमें एक रेजिमेंटल कमांडर भी शामिल था। सेना ने उन्हें हीरो का दर्जा दिया है।
पिछले साल 15-16 जून की रात ईस्टर्न लद्दाख में लाइन ऑफ एक्चुअल कंट्रोल पर दोनों देशों के सैनिकों में हिंसक टकराव हुआ था। इसमें भारत के कर्नल संतोष बाबू समेत 20 जवान शहीद हुए थे। अब तक मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में चीन के 40 से ज्यादा सैनिकों के मारे जाने के दावे किए जा रहे थे।
चीन की सरकारी मीडिया ने बताया कि सेंट्रल मिलिट्री कमीशन ने शुक्रवार को माना कि काराकोरम माउंटेन पर तैनात 5 फ्रंटियर ऑफिसर्स और सोल्जर्स की भारत के साथ टकराव में मौत हुई थी। देश की संप्रभुता की रक्षा में योगदान के लिए उनकी तारीफ भी की गई है।
मरने वालों में रेजिमेंटल कमांडर भी शामिल
चीनी सेना के ऑफिशियल न्यूज पेपर PLA डेली के मुताबिक, सेंट्रल मिलिट्री कमीशन ने इन सैनिकों को हीरो का दर्जा दिया है। इनमें शिनजियांग मिलिट्री कमांड के रेजिमेंटल कमांडर क्यूई फेबाओ को हीरो रेजिमेंटल कमांडर फॉर डिफेंडिंग द बॉर्डर, चेन होंगजुन को हीरो टु डिफेंड द बॉर्डर और चेन जियानग्रॉन्ग, जियाओ सियुआन और वांग जुओरन को फर्स्ट क्लास मेरिट का दर्जा दिया गया है।
अवॉर्ड देते वक्त गलवान की कहानी बताई
यह पहली बार है, जब चीन ने इन अधिकारियों और सैनिकों की मौत की बात कबूल की है। अब तक वह गलवान में घायल हुए और मरने वाले सैनिकों की संख्या छिपाता रहा था। पांचों सैनिकों को अवॉर्ड देने के दौरान गलवान में हुए घटनाक्रम के बारे में भी बताया गया।
भारत पर डाली टकराव की जिम्मेदारी
दोनों देशों के बीच लगभग 45 साल में यह सबसे बड़ी झड़प थी। PLA इस झड़प के लिए भारत को जिम्मेदार ठहराया है। उसने कहा कि अप्रैल 2020 के बाद से विदेशी सेना ने पिछले समझौते का उल्लंघन किया। उन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा का उल्लघंन कर सड़क और पुलों का निर्माण किया। जानबूझकर सीमा पर अपनी स्थिति को बदलते हुए उन्होंने कम्युनिकेशन के लिए भेजे गए चीनी सैनिकों पर हिंसक हमला किया।
अपने सैनिकों की तारीफ की
PLA ने कहा कि मई 2020 में भारतीय सेना के उकसावे का सामना करते हुए चेन जियानग्रॉन्ग और दूसरे चीनी सैनिकों ने संघर्ष किया और उन्हें लौटने के लिए मजबूर किया। चेन ने अपनी डायरी में लिखा है, ‘जब दुश्मनों ने हमारा सामना किया, तो हममें से कोई भी नहीं भागा। उनके पत्थर के हमलों के बीच, हमने उन्हें दूर तक धका दिया।
जून 2020 में, भारतीय सेना ने LAC पर टेंट का निर्माण किया। चीनी सेना के रेजिमेंटल कमांडर क्यूई फाबाओ कुछ सैनिकों के साथ बातचीत करने गए थे। भारतीय सेना ने चीनी सैनिकों को रोकने के लिए पहले से ज्यादा सैनिकों को तैनात कर दिया था।
अलग-अलग दावों का खंडन करने के लिए बताई संख्या
सिन्घुआ यूनिवर्सिटी में नेशनल स्ट्रैटजी इंस्टीट्यूट में रिसर्च डिपार्टमेंट के डायरेक्टर कियान फेंग ने ग्लोबल टाइम्स को बताया कि चीन ने इस घटना की डिटेल सामने लाने का फैसला लिया है, ताकि पिछले दावे का खंडन किया जा सके, जिसमें कहा गया था कि चीन के कई सैनिकों को नुकसान हुआ था।
कुछ समय पहले भारतीय सेना के कमांडर लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल वाई.सी. जोशी ने रूस की एक एजेंसी के हवाले से दावा किया था कि इस झड़प में 45 चीनी सैनिक मारे गए थे।
