बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। जिले के देशनोक थाना क्षेत्र में बीते दो माह पहले हुए हत्या के मामले में फरार चल रहे पांचवे आरोपी को देशनोक पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है । पकड़ा गया आरोपी भगवान सिंह जिले के टॉप-10 अपराधियों की सूची में शामिल है, आरोपी पर अपराध की गम्भीरता देखते हुए जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक ने 2000 रुपये का इनाम घोषित कर रखा था । हत्या के मामले में आरोपी के चार साथीगण पहले ही पुलिस की कस्टडी में है, लेकिन आरोपी हत्या को अंजाम देने के बाद से फरार चल रहा था जिसे एसपी प्रीति चन्द्रा के निर्देशन में देशनोक पुलिस ने बुधवार को दस्तयाब कर लिया । देशनोक थानाधिकारी जगदीश सिंह ने बताया जमीन विवाद में आरोपी भगवान सिंह व उसके साथियों ने बीते जून माह में आम्बासर गांव निवासी दूसरे पक्ष के हड़मान सिंह, गणेश सिंह, मूल सिंह, लिखु सिंह, जेठू सिंह को लाठियों, सरियों, लोहे की ऐंगल से मारपीट कर जानलेवा हमला कर दिया । हमले में मूलसिंह के सिर में गम्भीर चोट लगने से घायलावस्था में उसे पीबीएम अस्पताल के ट्रोमा सेंटर में भर्ती करवाया गया जंहा इलाज के दौरान मूलसिंह ने दम तोड़ दिया । मृतक मूलसिंह के भाई हड़मान सिंह ने देशनोक थाने में चार नामजद आरोपियों नत्थूसिंह, बलवीर सिंह, भगवान सिंह, ओम सिंह, मैन सिंह के खिलाफ हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया ।
देशनोक पुलिस द्वारा हत्या के प्रकरण में पूर्व में चार आरोपी नथुसिंह , बलवीरसिंह , प्रभुसिंह उर्फ पर्वतसिंह , ओमसिंह को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भिजवाया जा चुका है । आरोपी भगवानसिंह प्ररकण दर्ज होने के बाद से ही फरार चल रहा था । थानाधिकारी जगदीश ऊनि ने बताया हत्या के मामले में फरार चल रहे आरोपी भगवानसिंह की धरपकड़ के लिए एसपी द्वारा मिले निर्देशो के बाद थाना पुलिस की उच्चाधिकारियों के सुपरविजन में एक टीम गठित कर आरोपी की तलाश शुरू की गई । इस दौरान एसपी ने आरोपी को भगवानसिंह को जिले की टॉप -10 सूची में व 2000 का इनामी अपराधी घोषित किया गया । इस दरम्यान देशनोक पुलिस को पुलिसिया तंत्र से सूचना मिली कि आरोपी देशनोक कस्बे में देखा गया है जिस पर पुलिस टीम ने मौके पर दबिश देकर फरारी काट रहे आरोपी भगवानसिंह को दस्तयाब कर लिया जंहा पुलिस टीम द्वारा प्रारम्भिक पूछताछ के बाद आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया गया । आरोपी से पुलिस अनुसंधान जारी है ।
उल्लेखनीय है, जिला एसपी प्रीति चन्द्रा द्वारा चलाये जा रहे फरार अपराधियों की धरपकड़ के लिए चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत नोखा सीओ नेमसिंह चौहान के निकट सुपरविजन में देशनोक थानाधिकारी जगदीश सिंह के नेतृत्व में गठित पुलिस टीम द्वारा इस गिरफ्तारी को अंजाम दिया गया ।
