पीड़िता ने पुलिस को दी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि जब मेरा भाई अदालती तारीख भुगत कर घर आया तो मेरे भाई के साथ मीज अहमद समदानी,रईस अहमद,अफ साना,यासमीन,सना,मोहिन खां,हैप्पी व दो अन्य जनों ने मारपीट करनी शुरू कर दी। जब मेरी माता उनको छुडवाने गई तो उनके साथ भी मारपीट करना शुरू कर दिया। इसी दौरान डंडा उठाकर मेरे भाई वसीम व आमीर को डंडे से पीटा तथा रईस अहमद ने मेरी बहन की लज्जा भंग करने की नियत से मेरे सिर पर रखी चुन्नी खींचकर मेरे बाल पकडकर नीचे गिरा दिया। वहीं महिलाओं ने मेरी माताजी के साथ भी मारपीट कर उनके कपड़े फाड दिए। रमीज अहमद समदानी,रईस अहमद ,अफसाना ,यासमीन ,सना ,मोहिन खां,हैप्पी व दो अन्य जनों के खिलाफ अपराधिक धाराओं 354,323,341,506,143 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच सउनि राकेश को दी गई है।
