कोरोना की कर्कश आवाज भारत की स्वर कोकिला को लील गई। आज सुर साम्राज्ञी लता मंगेशकर कोरोना से जंग हार कर दुनिया को विदा कह गईं। आज उन्होंने मुंबई के ब्रीच कैंडी अस्पताल में आखिरी सांस ली। लता जी के निधन पर 2 दिन के राष्ट्रीय शोक की घोषणा की गई है। इस दौरान तिरंगा आधा झुका रहेगा।
लता जी की पार्थिव देह को दोपहर 12 बजे लताकुंज स्थित घर पर ले जाया जाएगा। बीएमसी के पीआरओ तानाजी कांबले ने बताया कि लता जी का अंतिम संस्कार भी शिवाजी पार्क स्थित श्मशान में किया जाएगा। हालांकि इसका समय अभी कन्फर्म नहीं किया गया है।
92 साल की लता जी की कोरोना रिपोर्ट 8 जनवरी को पॉजिटिव आई थी, जिसके बाद उन्हें तुरंत अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था। उनके भर्ती होने की खबर भी 2 दिन बाद 10 जनवरी को सामने आई थी। उन्होंने कोरोना और निमोनिया दोनों से 29 दिन तक एक साथ जंग लड़ी।
सुबह 8.12 बजे लता जी ने अंतिम सांस ली
उन्हें ब्रीच कैंडी अस्पताल के ICU में रखा गया था। लंबे समय से लता ताई का इलाज कर रहे डॉ. प्रतीत समधानी की देखरेख में ही डॉक्टर्स की टीम उनका इलाज कर रही थी। इलाज के दौरान उनकी हेल्थ में सुधार भी देखा जा रहा था। उन्हें लगातार ऑब्जर्वेशन में रखा गया। करीब 5 दिन पहले उनकी सेहत में सुधार होना भी शुरू हो गया था। ऑक्सीजन निकाल दी गई थी, लेकिन ICU में ही रखा गया, लेकिन रविवार को सुबह 8.12 बजे उनका निधन हो गया। डॉ. प्रतीत ने बताया कि मल्टी ऑर्गन फेल्योर उनकी मौत की वजह रही।

करीब 80 साल से संगीत की दुनिया में सक्रिय लता मंगेशकर का जन्म 28 सितंबर 1929 को मध्य प्रदेश के इंदौर में हुआ था। 13 साल की छोटी उम्र में 1942 से उन्होंने गाना शुरू कर दिया था। लता जी के पिता पं. दीनानाथ मंगेशकर संगीत की दुनिया और मराठी रंगमंच के जाने पहचाने नाम थे। उन्होंने ही लता जी को संगीत की शिक्षा दी थी। 5 भाई-बहनों में सबसे बड़ी लता जी की तीन बहनें आशा भोसले, उषा मंगेशकर, मीना मंगेशकर और भाई हृदयनाथ मंगेशकर हैं।

लता मंगेशकर अपनी बहन उषा और भाई हृदयनाथ के साथ मुंबई के पेडर रोड स्थित प्रभुकुंज में पहले फ्लोर पर रहती थीं। कई सालों से वे यहां रह रही थीं। बहन आशा भोसले भी यहां से कुछ दूरी पर ही रहती हैं। सालों तक प्रभाकुंज सोसायटी की सुबह लता मंगेशकर के संगीत के रियाज से ही शुरू होती रहीं। खराब सेहत के कारण करीब 4 साल से उनका रियाज लगभग बंद सा ही था। नवंबर 2019 में भी लता जी को निमोनिया और सांस की तकलीफ के कारण ब्रीच कैंडी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया जा चुका था। जहां वे 28 दिन भर्ती रही थीं। नवंबर 2019 के बाद से उनका घर से निकलना भी लगभग बंद हो चुका था।
2001 में मिला था भारत रत्न
लता मंगेशकर को 2001 में संगीत की दुनिया में उनके योगदान के लिए भारत के सर्वोच्च नागरिक सम्मान भारत रत्न से नवाजा गया था। इससे पहले भी उन्हें कई सम्मान दिए गए, जिसमें पद्म विभूषण, पद्म भूषण और दादा साहेब फाल्के सम्मान भी शामिल हैं। कम ही लोग जानते हैं कि लता जी गायिका के साथ संगीतकार भी थीं और उनका अपना फिल्म प्रोडक्शन भी था, जिसके बैनर तले बनी फिल्म “लेकिन” थी, इस फिल्म के लिए उन्हें बेस्ट गायिका का नेशनल अवॉर्ड भी मिला था, 61 साल की उम्र में गाने के लिए नेशनल अवॉर्ड जीतने वाली वे एकमात्र गायिका रहीं। इसके अलावा भी फिल्म “लेकिन” को 5 और नेशनल अवॉर्ड मिले थे।
