बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। नयाशहर थाने में सोमवार को दो अलग-अलग धोखाधड़ी के मामले दर्ज हुए है जिसमे एक मामला फाइनेंस सुविधा मुहैया करवाने वाले के ऑफिस में रखे चैक को जालसाजी करके धोखे से दूसरे खाते में ट्रांसफर करवा लिया । तो वंही दूसरा मामला भी ठीक इसी तरह का है जिसमे आरोपियों ने चैक में फर्जी राशि लिखकर बैंक में अनादरित करवा दिया । इस सम्बंध में नयाशहर पुलिस ने दोनों मामलों में अलग अलग धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की है ।
पहला मामला परिवादी सुरेंद्र सोनी पुत्र बच्छराज सोनी नागौर हाल सुनारों की बड़ी गुवाड़ निवासी ने नयाशहर पुलिस थाने में दो नामजद आरोपियों श्यामसुंदर सोनी निवासी लक्ष्मी कटला डीमलाइट रेस्तोरेंट के पास, विश्वकर्मा गेट निवासी जगदीश प्रसाद सोनी सहित दो तीन अन्य आरोपियों के ऊपर धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज करवाते हुए बताया कि आरोपियों ने उसके फाइनेंस ऑफिस में रखे चैक को धोखे से चुराकर बैंक में से रुपए निकाल लिए । वंही आरोपियों ने उसकी फोटो में अनर्गल बाते लिखकर फेसबुक पर सार्वजनिक करके उसे मानसिक परेशान किया । पुलिस ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ 156(3) सीआरपीसी के तहत विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच सबइंस्पेक्टर अशोक कुमार को सौंपी है।
वंही दूसरा मामला भी हूबहू एक जैसा है, इस सम्बंध में परिवादी डागा चौक निवासी गिरिराज पुरोहित ने नयाशहर पुलिस को रिपोर्ट दी है । परिवादी ने पुलिस को बताया कि एमडीवी कॉलोनी निवासी आरोपी राजेश आचार्य ने उसके साथ धोखे से चैक लेकर उसे बैंक में अनादरित करवा दिया । पुलिस ने परिवादी की रिपोर्ट पर आरोपी राजेश आचार्य के खिलाफ 156(3) सीआरपीसी के तहत विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच सब-इंस्पेक्टर वेदपाल यादव को सौंपी है।
