केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत की शिकायत पर इसी साल मार्च अंत में दिल्ली पुलिस की क्राइम ब्रांच ने सीएम के ओएसडी लोकेश शर्मा और पुलिस अफसरों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की थी। केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद सिंह शेखावत ने राजस्थान सरकार पर फोन टैपिंग के आरोप लगाते हुए सीएम के ओएसडी लोकेश शर्मा को नामजद आरोपी बनाया था।
