जिला परिषद की साधारण सभा आयोजित,प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना तृतीय चरण प्लान का अनुमोदन
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। जिला परिषद की साधारण सभा की बैठक का आयोजन बुधवार को जिला परिषद सभागार में किया गया।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता जिला प्रमुख मोडाराम मेघवाल ने की। जिला परिषद सदस्यों ने प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के तृतीय चरण 2021-22 के अंतर्गत सी यू सी पी एल,डी आर आर पी,केंडिडेट सड़कों के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी ओम प्रकाश, अति ज़िला कलेक्टर (प्रशासन)बी. आर. धोजक, अति मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नरेन्द्र चौधरी सहित जिला परिषद सदस्य तथा प्रधान उपस्थित रहे।
जिले के प्लान को पावर पॉइंट प्रदर्शन करते हुए सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता डी. पी. सोनी ने बताया कि प्लान में 125.20 कि.मी. की सड़कें विभिन्न पंचायत समिति वार ली गई हैं, जिससे पूर्व निर्धारित रूट्स के आधार पर सड़को के उन्नयन का कार्य प्राथमिकता से लिया जाएगा ।
इसमें प्रथम चरण में 2935.64 कि.मी. लम्बाई की सडकें व द्वितीय चरण में 84 कि.मी. सड़कों का निर्माण किया गया है। पी एम जी एस वाई प्रथम योजना में प्रमुख रूप से ग्रामीण बाजारों, विद्यालयों व अस्पतालों को जोड़ने वाले प्रमुख ग्रामीण लिंक को जोड़ना शामिल है।जिला परिषद सदस्य सरिता चौहान ने प्लान में जनप्रतिनिधियों के सुझावों से सड़कों को शामिल करवाने की बात कही। सदस्य मोहन दान ने सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग को जनप्रतिनिधियों से प्राप्त प्रस्तावों को सरकार को भिजवाने की बात कही। पंचायत समिति भवन व ग्राम पंचायत भवन निर्माण के लिए बजट अलग से प्राप्त करने के प्रस्तावों पर चर्चा हुई। इसी क्रम में महात्मा गांधी नरेगा योजना के वार्षिक प्लान में पूरक प्लान में काम जुड़वाने की चर्चा हुई।
मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी ओम प्रकाश ने बताया कि वित्तीय वर्ष में आवश्यकता अनुसार कामों की स्वीकृति हुई है व नर्सरी, न्यूट्री गार्डन व वृक्षारोपण सम्बंधित कार्य भी करवाए जा रहे हैं। पूरक प्लान में वाटरशेड व स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के कार्य भी सम्मिलित किये गए हैं, उनका अनुमोदन किया गया।
सदस्य सरिता चौहान ने मनरेगा के तहत रोड के बर्म्म के प्रस्तावों को कार्ययोजना में लेने का सुझाव दिया। बैठक में एसएफसी व एफएफसी के वार्षिक प्लान पर भी चर्चा हुई व अनुमोदन सर्वसम्मति से किया गया। अति. जिला कलेक्टर व प्रशासन गांवों के संग अभियान के नोडल अधिकारी बी. आर. धोजक ने 2 अक्टूबर से शुरू हो रहे अभियान में जनप्रतिनिधियों के सक्रिय सहयोग व भागीदारी का आह्वान किया व जनहितकारी कार्यों में सक्रिय भागीदारी की बात कही। अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नरेंद्र चौधरी ने शिविरों के माध्यम से अधिक से अधिक जनहित के कार्यों को करवाने की बात कही। इस अवसर पर जिला परिषद के अधिशासी अभियंता धीर सिंह गोदारा, पंचायत समितियों के विकास अधिकारी, सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारी व जिला परिषद के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।
