राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर हुई कार्यशाला, महिलाएं शारारिक,मानसिक और आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बने-मेहता, छात्राओं ने कलेक्टर एसपी से पूछे सवाल
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर महिलाओं के विरुद्ध हिंसा एवं अपराध रोकथाम के लिए जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला रवीन्द्र रंगमंच पर शनिवार को आयोजित की गयी। कार्यशाला के मुख्य अतिथि जिला कलेक्टर नमित मेहता थे, जबकि अध्यक्षता पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रीति चंद्रा ने की। कार्यक्रम में बीकानेर शहर की कॉलेज की छात्राओं के साथ उन्होंने संवाद किया ।
जिला कलक्टर नमित मेहता ने कहा की महिलाओं को शारारिक, मानसिक और आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनना है। वही करे जो आपका मन कहे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें अपने लिए सिर्फ इतनी सी बात समझनी है कि अपनी प्रतिभा, दक्षता, क्षमता, अभिरूचि और रूझान को पहचानना है, ईश्वर ने आपकों जिन गुणों से नवाजा है उन्हें निखारना है। बेटियां सशक्त बनेगी तो समाज में फैली यह धारणा कि बेटे ही नाम रोशन करते हैं, वह बदलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यंत्रवत कार्य करने के बजाय स्वयं को प्रसन्न रखने के लिए काम करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि हर काम को प्रसन्नता से करें, अपनी क्षमता का पूरा उपयोग करें। अपने आप से कहें कि मैं कर सकती हूं,मैं करूंगी,मैं कुछ बन कर ही रहूंगी,मैं प्रण लेती हूं।
कार्यशाला की अध्यक्षता करते हुए एसपी प्रीति चन्द्रा ने कहा कि महिलाओं को अपनी जिंदगी जीने के लिये अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होना होगा। महिलायें जिंदगी में लक्ष्य तय करें और उसे शत प्रतिशत समर्पित होकर प्राप्त करें। उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं का वास्तविक सशक्तीकरण तो तभी होगा जब महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर होंगी और उनमें कुछ करने का आत्मविश्वास जागेगा। वैसे यह शुभ संकेत है कि महिलाओं में अधिकारों के प्रति समझ विकसित हुई है। अपनी शक्ति को स्वयं समझकर, जागृति आने से ही महिला घरेलू अत्याचारों से निजात पा सकती है। सकारात्मक दृष्टि से देखें तो हर क्षेत्र में महिलाएं आगे बढ़ी हैं। फिर भी अभी महिला उत्थान के लिए काफी कुछ किया जाना शेष है। घर के चौके-चूल्हे से बाहर, व्यवसाय हो, साहित्य जगत हो, प्रशासनिक सेवा हो, विदेश सेवा हो, पुलिस विभाग हो या हवाई सेवा हो या फिर खेल का मैदान हो, महिलाओं ने सफलता का परचम हर जगह लहराया है।

कार्याशाला में छात्राओं ने जिला कलेक्टर व पुलिस अधीक्षक से सवाल भी पूछे, जिसमे महिलाओं के लिये सरकारी योजनाएं, महिलाएं अपनी सुरक्षा कैसे करे, प्रतियोगी परीक्षा की तैयारी, महिला सुरक्षा के लिए बने कानूनों से संबंधित थे , जिनके जवाब भी दिए गए।
कार्यक्रम में उपनिदेशक महिला अधिकारिता विभाग राजेन्द्र कुमार चौधरी ने राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर आयोजित सप्ताह की जानकारी दी और बताया कि सप्ताह के तहत 16 फरवरी को ’बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ’ थीम पर पोस्टर प्रतियोगिता आयोजित होगी। इसके लिए विभाग के स्थानीय कार्यालय में 15 फरवरी तक प्रतिभागी पंजीकरण करवा सकता है। उन्होंने प्रथम पुरस्कार प्राप्त करने वाले को 5100 रूपये, द्वितीय को 2100 रूपये और तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले को 1100 रूपये दिए जायेंगे । साथ ही 10 सांत्वना पुरस्कार भी दिए जायेंगे। महिला हैल्प लाइन की मंजू नांगल ने पाॅवर पोईन्ट प्रजन्टेशन के जरिये महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए कानूनों, हैल्प लाइन, विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाएं, महिलाओं पर हुए अत्याचारों के बारे में बताया। कार्यशाला में सहायक निदेशक बाल अधिकारिता कविता स्वामी, एमएस कॉलेज के प्राचार्य शिशिर शर्मा, प्रचेता विजय लक्ष्मी जोशी सहित अन्य काॅलेज के प्राचार्य आदि उपस्थित थे।
