विकास की गति को अनवरत जारी रखा जायेगा,कोटा में 2900 करोड़ के विकास कार्य चल रहे हैं
कोटा। स्वायत्त शासन मंत्री शांति धारीवाल ने कहा कि प्रदेश में विकास की गति को अनवरत जारी रखते हुए आमजन को बेहत्तर सेवाऎं प्रदान करना सरकार को ध्येय है। जन समस्याओं के समय पर निराकरण के साथ जन सुविधाओं के विस्तार की गति नही रूकनी चाहिए इसी संकल्प के साथ कार्य किया जा रहा है।
स्वायत्त शासन मंत्री शनिवार को कोटा जिले में प्रस्तावित न्यू इन्द्रा मार्केट के कॉम्पलेक्स के शिलान्यास समारोह को सम्बोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि कोटा में 2900 करोड़ के विकास कार्य वर्तमान में चल रहे है आने वाले समय में 600 करोड़ के कार्य और शुरू किये जायेंगे। नगर निगम क्षेत्र के सभी वार्डो में पार्षदों से भी प्रस्ताव तैयार कराये जायेगें जिसमें प्रत्येक वार्ड में आधारभूत सुविधाओं का विकास हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि कोटा की सूरत आने वाले समय में बदली हुई नजर आयेगी प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में बिना भेदभाव के विकास कार्यो को गति दी जा रही है। झालावाड़ रोड को ट्राफिक लाइट फ्री किया जा रहा है, 24 घंटे पेयजल सप्लाई के लिए पेयजल तन्त्र को सुढृढ किया जा रहा है। स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के विस्तार के लिए एमबीएस व जेके लोन अस्पताल में नवीन ओपीडी का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। आने वाले समय में चम्बल रिवरफ्रंट व पर्यटन महत्व के अनेक कार्य कोटा की नई पहचान बनेगे।
स्वायत्त शासन मंत्री ने कहा कि कोटा शहर का विस्तार तेजी से हो रहा है नवीन क्षेत्रों में आम लोगों को व्यवसायिक गतिविधियों की आवश्यकता है। इसे पूरा करने के लिए व्यापारियों एवं उद्यमियों को आगे आना चाहिए सरकार उन्हें हर संभव मदद उपलब्ध करायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले कार्यकाल में भी अनेक सामाजिक व व्यापारिक संस्थाओं को रियायती दर पर भूखण्ड दिये गये थे, जिस उद्देश्य से इनका आवंटन किया गया था वह पूरा होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि रियायती दर पर भूखण्ड आवंटन वाली संस्थाओं के कार्यो की जांच कराई जायेगी तथा उद्देश्य के अनुरूप काम लेने के लिए पाबन्द किया जायेगा।
उन्होंने इन्द्रा व्यापार संघ के पदाधिकारियों से आव्हान किया कि कॉम्पलेक्स का निर्माण गुणवत्ता के साथ समय पर करायें तथा पार्किंग व अन्य सुविधाओं का समावेश करते हुए भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप मिर्नाण करें। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार के साथ सामाजिक एवं व्यापारिक संस्थाऎं जिले के विकास में आगे आयेगी तो कोटा में विकास कार्य अनवरत जारी रहेगें। इससे पूर्व उन्होंने विधिविधान से शिलान्यास कर शिला पट्टिका का अनावरण किया।
चम्बल रिवरफ्रंट का नाव से किया निरीक्षण
स्वायत्त शासन मंत्री ने चम्बल नदी पर प्रगतिरत चम्बल रिवरफ्रंट का प्रातः नाव में बैठकर निरीक्षण किया तथा प्रस्तावित प्रत्येक घाट के निर्माण कार्य को निर्धारित नक्शे के अनुरूप गुणवत्ता के साथ समय पर पूरा कराने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि चम्बल नदी में नाव में बैठकर जब पर्यटक रिवरफं्रट को निहारे तो सम्पूर्ण राजस्थान की स्थापत्य कला एवं देश की संस्कृति को निहारने का अनुभव करे।
