जयपुर @ jagruk jnata। उत्तर पश्चिम रेलवे ने कम यात्रीभार को देखते हुए नई दिल्ली-अजमेर वाया जयपुर होकर चलने वाली शताब्दी ट्रेन का संचालन रद्द करने का निर्णय किया है। यह ट्रेन 24 अप्रैल से आगामी आदेशों तक नहीं चलेगी। इसके अलावा रेलवे प्रशासन ने अब जयपुर-मुंबई दुरंतो और जयपुर-दिल्ली सराय रोहिल्ला डबल डेकर एसी स्पेशल का संचालन भी बंद करने की तैयारी कर रहा है।
रेलवे के डिप्टी जीएम और सीपीआरओ लेफ्टिनेंट शशि किरण ने बताया कि 04051/52 अजमेर-नई दिल्ली-अजमेर शताब्दी स्पेशल को 24 अप्रैल से आगामी आदेशों तक रद्द करने का निर्णय किया है। इस ट्रेन में यात्रीभार 20 फीसदी से भी कम होने के कारण ये फैसला लिया है।
वहीं रेलवे सूत्रों की माने तो इस महीने के अंत तक जयपुर-मुंबई के बीच संचालित दुरंतो और जयपुर-दिल्ली सराय रोहिल्ला के बीच संचालित डबल डेकर एसी स्पेशल ट्रेन का संचालन भी बंद किया जा सकता है। इन ट्रेनों में भी यात्रीभार 20 फीसदी से कम आ रहा है, जिसके कारण रेलवे को राजस्व का नुकसान हो रहा है। आपको बता दें कि इससे पहले कोविड काल में आई पहली लहर में भी इन ट्रेनों का संचालन रद्द किया था।
