राज्य में नामांकन पत्र भरने की प्रक्रिया शुरू
जयपुर। राज्य में विधानसभा आम चुनाव-2023 के लिए सोमवार को अधिसूचना जारी होने के साथ ही नामांकन पत्र भरने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। पहले दिन राज्य में 8 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के लिए 8 उम्मीदवारों ने 9 नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किए हैं। नामांकन पत्र के साथ संलग्न किए जाने वाले शपथ पत्र आमजन की सूचनार्थ निर्वाचन विभाग की वेबसाइट एवं निर्वाचन विभाग के केवायसी-ईसीआई एप पर भी उपलब्ध हैं।
मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री प्रवीण गुप्ता ने बताया कि प्रदेश की सभी 200 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए 30 अक्टूबर को चुनाव कार्यक्रम की अधिसूचना जारी होने के बाद रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एवं सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के कार्यालयों एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण कार्यालयों के बाहर लोक सूचना चस्पा की गई है। नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने की अंतिम तिथि 6 नवम्बर है। रविवार 5 नवंबर को नामांकन पत्र दाखिल नहीं किए जा सकेंगे। नामांकन प्रक्रिया सुबह 11 बजे से प्रारंभ होकर इन दिवसों में दोपहर 3 बजे तक चलेगी। नामांकन प्रपत्रों की जांच 7 नवम्बर को की जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा नामांकन वापस लेने की अंतिम तारीख 9 नवम्बर है। पूरे प्रदेश में एक ही चरण में 25 नवम्बर को सुबह 7 बजे से शाम 6 बजे तक मतदान होगा एवं मतगणना 3 दिसम्बर को होगी।
श्री गुप्ता ने बताया कि नामांकन दाखिल करते समय सामान्य अभ्यर्थी को 10 हजार रुपये और अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति के अभ्यर्थी को 5 हजार रुपये जमानत राशि जमा करानी होगी। अभ्यर्थियों को नामांकन के समय सभी सुसंगत एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेज जैसे जमानत राशि का प्रमाण, प्रारूप-ए एवं बी, शपथ पत्र आदि के साथ आना होगा। यदि अभ्यर्थी उसी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का निर्वाचक नहीं है जहां से वह चुनाव लड़ रहा है तो अभ्यर्थी को संबंधित निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की निर्वाचक नामावली की प्रति या निर्वाचक नामावली से संबंधित भाग की प्रमाणित प्रति दाखिल करनी होगी।
राज्य में पहले दिन 7 उम्मीदवारों ने गंगानगर, गढ़ी, भीलवाड़ा, बहरोड़, बानसूर, नोखा और चौरासी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के लिए 1-1 नामांकन पत्र तथा घाटोल विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक उम्मीदवार ने 2 नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किए।
