बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। 10 वर्ष पुराने मामले में जयपुर से प्रोडक्शन वारंट पर गिरफ्तार एडवोकेट व आरटीआई एक्टिविस्ट गोर्वधन सिंह को सोमवार को रिमांड अवधि पूरी होने पर बीकानेर कोर्ट में पेश किया गया । कोर्ट में पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपी की निशानदेही पर सोने की चेन जिसको बेची वो पर्ची उसके जयपुर स्थित घर से बरामद की जानी शेष है, ऐसे में 7 दिन आगे की रिमांड पर आरोपी को पुलिस को सौंपा जाए। जिस पर कोर्ट में आरोपी गोर्वधन सिंह ने अपनी पैरवी खुद करते हुए पुलिस की कार्यशैली पर सवालिया निशान लगाते हुए रिमांड पर ना दिए जाने का कोर्ट से अनुरोध किया। काफी जिरह बहस के बाद कोर्ट ने आरोपी गोर्वधन सिंह को 17 जून तक पुलिस रिमांड पर सौंप दिया है।
इस मामले की कोर्ट में पैरवी कर रहे वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता जयदीप कुमार शर्मा ने बताया मामला वर्ष 2012 में नयाशहर थाना क्षेत्र का है। जंहा विजयलक्ष्मी पत्नी शांतिप्रसाद ब्राह्मण के घर मे आरोपी गोर्वधन सिंह व उसके साथियों ने घर मे घुसकर मारपीट व गाली गलौज की थी, और जाते समय आरोपी सोने की चेन ले भागे थे। जिस पर नयाशहर पुलिस थाने में आरोपी के खिलाफ भादसं 392, 397, 452, 323, 341 व 325 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया था। चूंकि आरोपी गोर्वधन सिंह जयपुर की केंद्रीय कारागार में बंद था तो ऐसे में बीकानेर पुलिस आरोपी को जयपुर जेल से प्रोडक्शन वारंट पर गिरफ्तार कर 8 जून को बीकानेर लाई जंहा से उसे कोर्ट में पेश किया गया, जंहा से उसे 14 जून तक पुलिस रिमांड पर सौंप दिया गया।
वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता शर्मा ने बताया रिमांड अवधि समाप्त होने पर सोमवार को आरोपी को न्यायालय में पेश किया गया । जंहा पर आरोपी ने कोर्ट में पुलिस पर उससे किसी से मिलने नही देने का आरोप लगाया और साथ ही कहा कि पुलिस बार बार उसे दबाव में रखने के लिए उसके विरुद्ध दर्ज केस को रीओपन कर रही है। आरोपी ने कोर्ट में यह भी तर्क दिया कि वह पिछले 7 दिनों से पुलिस की अभिरक्षा में है लेकिन पुलिस कोई ठोस साक्ष्य हासिल करने में अथवा खोजने में नाकाम रही है,ऐसे में पुलिस रिमांड खारिज करने की बात कोर्ट में रखी। जिसका परिवादी के अधिवक्ता जयदीप कुमार शर्मा ने पटाक्षेप करते हुए कोर्ट को आरोपी के खिलाफ साक्ष्य गिनाए वंही पुलिस ने भी जांच व आरोपी के बताए निशादेही पर उसके जयपुर स्थित घर से पर्ची (जो चेन उसने दुकानदार को बेची) साक्ष्य बरामद करने का हवाला देते हुए कोर्ट से आरोपी को रिमांड पर देने की बात रखी। कोर्ट ने दोनो पक्षों को सुनने के बाद आरोपी को 17 जून तक पुलिस रिमांड पर देने का आदेश दिया । बता दे, इस हाईप्रोफाइल मामले की पैरवी कर रहे वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता जयदीप कुमार शर्मा की बदौलत यह केस मजबूती के साथ अगले पायदान की ओर बढ़ रहा है।
