माटी परियोजना' के तहत 1 हजार 250 किसान चयनित,आय बढ़ोतरी के लिए तैयार होगा फॉर्म प्लान

बीकानेर। ‘माटी’ परियजना के द्वितीय चरण के तहत जिले के पच्चीस गांवों के 1हजार 250 किसानों का चयन कर लिया गया है। इन किसानों के खेतों का फॉर्म प्लान तैयार करते हुए कृषि व कृषि सम्बद्व विभागों द्वारा समेकित रूप से आय बढ़ोतरी के प्रयास किए जाएंगे।
इस संबंध में प्रोजेक्ट मैनेंजमैंट टीम के साथ विभागीय अधिकारियों की कृषि भवन परिसर में सोमवार को बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में मृदा स्वास्थ्य, जैविक एवं संरक्षित खेती, फसल विविधिकरण, पशुपालन, कीट एवं व्याधि प्रबंधन और प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के प्रति जागरुक करने तथा कृषि लागत मूल्य घटाने के साथ उत्पादन एवं आमदनी बढ़ाने के जैसे बिन्दुओं पर चर्चा की गई।
संयुक्त निदेशक कृषि (वि.) डॉ. उदयभान ने बताया कि प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजमैंट टीम के सदस्यों द्वारा चयनित 1 हजार 250 किसानों के सर्वेक्षण फॉर्म का श्रेणीवार सघन अवलोकन किया जाएगा। कृषक के लिए आय बढ़ोतरी को ध्यान मे रखते हुए व्यक्तिशः फॉर्म प्लान तैयार कर उसकी क्रियान्विति के सार्थक प्रयास विभाग द्वारा किये जाएंग।
उप निदेशक कृषि (वि.) कैलाश चौधरी ने बताया कि जिले के पाँच विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के किसानों का फॉर्म प्लान तैयार करने में कृषि एवं कृषि संबंध विभाग यथा उद्यान, आत्मा, कृषि विपणन, सहकारिता एवं पशुपालन के साथ-साथ एसकेआरएयू व राजूवास केवीके, काजरी, सीआईएएच, सीएसडब्लूआरआई, एनआरसीसी, नाबार्ड, एटीसी, अनुसंधान केन्द्र सभी का सहयोग लिया जाएगा। परस्पर समन्वयन से सर्वेक्षण फॉर्म का विश्लेषण करने के पश्चात् समेकित रूप से हर किसान का फॉर्म प्लान तैयार किया जाएगा। प्लान के अनुरूप कृषि उद्यानिकी, पशु-पालन इत्यादि गतिविधियों से आय बढ़ोतरी में योगदान पर भी ध्यान दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि माटी परियोजना के प्रथम चरण के तहत 50 से कम किसानों की उपस्थिति वाली कृषक गोष्ठियों का पुनः आयोजित करवाया जाएगा।
बैठक में काजरी निदेशक डॉ. एन.डी. यादव, एसकेआरएयू के क्षेत्रीय अनुसंधान निदेशक डॉ. एस.आर. यादव, उप निदेशक पशुपालन गीता बेनीवाल, सहायक निदेशक कृषि रामकिशोर मेहरा, सहायक निदेशक उद्यान रेणू वर्मा, जिला विस्तार अधिकारी बज्जू यशवंती, माटी परियोजना प्रभारी (कृषि अधिकारी) सुभाष विश्नोई, राजेश गोदारा, गिरीराज चारण, राजूराम डोगीवाल, कन्हैया लाल, सुरेन्द्र मारू आदि के साथ चयनित गांवों के सहायक कृषि अधिकारी व कृषि पर्यवेक्षक मौजूद रहे।
