इस घटना को लेकर जेएनवीसी थाने में मृतक के भाई पूनमचंद सुथार ने मामला दर्ज करवाते हुए बताया कि 24 वर्षीय जतनलाल सुथार व्यास कॉलोनी स्थित एक मकान में कारपेन्टर का काम कर रहा था। ठेकेदार ने जतनलाल को बिना उपकरण दिए ही प्रथम मंजिल पर कार्य करने के लिये मजबूर किया। इस दौरान वह नीचे गिर गया। जिस पर साथ में काम करने वाले बाबूलाल ने फोन कर प्रार्थी को बताया कि उसका भाई नीचे गिर गया है और आरेापी उसे अस्पताल नहीं ले जा रहे है और ना ही किसी को ले जाने दे रहे हैं। जिसके बाद किसी तरह जतनलाल को अस्पताल ले गए जहां पर उसकी मौत हो गयी। मृतक की अभी तीन माह पहले की शादी हुई थी। वंही जेएनवीसी पुलिस ने घटना को लेकर दर्ज मामले में जांच शुरू कर दी है, लेकिन मृतक के परिजन दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने तथा मृतक के आश्रितों के मुआवजे की मांग पर अड़े हुए है।
