नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली में यमुना के बढ़ते जलस्तर ने 45 साल का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है। बुधवार दोपहर दो बजे नदी का जलस्तर 207.55 मीटर तक जा पहुंचा। जो पिछले 45 साल में सर्वाधिक है। दोपहर 12 बजे नदी का जलस्तर 207.48 था।
पहले मूसलाधार बारिश और अब यमुना का उफान…. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली पानी-पानी हो चुका है। दिल्ली के कई इलाकों में बाढ़ की स्थिति विकराल हो गई है। कई जगह बच्चे गर्दन तक पानी में नजर आ रहे हैं। यमुना के जलस्तर ने 45 साल का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है। बाढ़ की चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अर्जेंट मीटिंग बुलाई है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने एहतियात के तौर पर दिल्ली के बाढ़ग्रस्त इलाकों में सीआरपीसी की धारा 144 लागू कर दी है। सोशल मीडिया पर बाढ़ की विभिषिका को दिखाने वाली तस्वीरें और वीडियो शेयर की जा रही है। आईटीओ पर छठ घाट पूरी तरह जलमग्न हो गया। बेंच, पोल जलमग्न हो गए हैं। आईटीओ ब्रिज पर पानी का तेज बहाव दिख रहा है।
सीएम ने सुरक्षित स्थानों पर जाने की अपील की
दोपहर दो बजे यमुना का जलस्तर 207.55 मीटर था, शाम 6 बजे यह बढ़कर 207.81 मीटर पहुंच चुका है। इसका मतलब है कि बीते चार घंटे में दिल्ली में यमुना के जलस्तर में 26 सेंटीमीटर की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई। जलस्तर बढ़ने की रफ्तार अब भी काफी तेज है।
ऐहतियातन दिल्ली सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मीटिंग के बाद निचले इलाकों के लोगों को घर खाली कर सुरक्षित स्थानों पर जाने की अपील की है। बाढ़ का पानी कश्मीरी गेट और रिंग रोड तक आ पहुंचा है। सीएम ने गृह मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर हाथिनी कुंड बराज से सीमित मात्रा में पानी छोड़ने की अपील की है।
45 साल का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ चुकी यमुना

इससे पहले 1978 में नदी का जलस्तर 207.49 मीटर तक पहुंचा था। अभी भी यमुना के जलस्तर में लगातार बढ़ोतरी जारी है। ऐसे में आशंका लगाई जा रही है कि यमुना कहीं 1978 के रिकॉर्ड को भी पार नहीं कर जाए।
नोएडा-दिल्ली लिंक रोड तक पहुंचा पानी
यमुना का बढ़ता जलस्तर लगातार मुश्किलें बढ़ा रहा है। नदी का पानी नोएडा-दिल्ली लिंक रोड तक पहुंच गया है। वजीराबाद में कॉलोनियों में बाढ़ का पानी प्रवेश कर गया है। मयूर विहार फेज-1, अक्षरधाम, चिल्ला, वजीराबाद, आईटीओ जैसे यमुना के सटे इलाकों में पानी भर गया है।
बाढ़ की विकराल स्थिति के बीच बुधवार को मयूर विहार पुस्ते पर पूर्वी दिल्ली से सांसद गौतम गंभीर ने जाकर प्रभावितों का हाल जाना। गंभीर ने डीएम को यहां पर तत्काल नाव की व्यवस्था करने के लिए कहा।
मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी से और सहमे लोग
बाढ़ के बीच मौसम विभाग ने दिल्ली में और बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की है। इससे लोगों में दहशत है। आईएमडी की माने तो दिल्ली-एनसीआर में इस सप्ताह भी बारिश होगी और 15-16 तारीख के लिए बारिश का यलो अलर्ट है। अगले दो घंटे में दिल्ली-एनसीआर के लोनी देहात, हिंडन एएफ स्टेशन बवाना, सीमापुरी, पश्चिम विहार, कश्मीरी गेट, राजौरी गार्डन, लाल किला इलाकों में हल्की से मध्य तीव्रता की बारिश के आसार हैं।
एनएच-24 तक तीन किमी तक टेंट
बाढ़ के बीच चिल्ला से एनएच-24 तक, डीएनडी से निजामुद्दीन फ्लाइओवर और यमुना बैंक से आईटीओ पुल तक राहत शिविर लगाए गए हैं। यहां खाने-पीने का इंतजाम है। सहायता समूहों की ओर से मेडिकल कैंप भी लगा दिए गए हैं। रात में निकाले लोगों को यहां सुबह करीब नौ बजे खाना दिया गया था और दोपहर में करीब डेढ़ बजे टेंट लगाने शुरू किए गए। नोएडा-दिल्ली लिंक रोड पर करीब 1000 राहत शिविर लगाए गए हैं। जहां बाढ़ प्रभावित जैसे-तैसे गुजारा कर रहे हैं।
