प्रदेश में 81 सहकारी समितियों में 9.72 करोड़ की लागत से निर्मित होंगे गोदाम

जयपुर @ जागरूक जनता। प्रदेश में उपज भंडारण (Produce storage) की क्षमता में वृद्धि करने के लिए राज्य की 81 ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों (81 Village service cooperatives)में 100-100 मीट्रिक टन के गोदाम निर्माण किए जाएंगे, निर्माण कार्य के लिए राज्य सरकार की ओर से प्रशासनिक एवं वित्तीय स्वीकृति जारी कर दी गई है, इससे न केवल उपज के भण्डारण की क्षमता में वृद्धि होगी बल्कि किसानों को समय पर कृषि आदानों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने में गोदामों का उपयोग हो सकेगा। इससे राज्य की भंडारण क्षमता में 8 हजार 100 मीट्रिक टन की वृद्धि होगी। गौरतलब है कि सरकार की प्राथमिकता हर ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समिति में गोदाम का निर्माण करना है। 25 जिलों में बनने वाले इन गोदामों पर 9.72 करोड़ रुपए व्यय होंगे। 100 ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों के लिए प्रति समिति 12 लाख रुपए व्यय होंगे।

बजट घोषणा को मूर्त रूप देने का प्रयास
उल्लेखनीय है कि बजट घोषणा वर्ष 2020.21 को मूर्त रूप देने की कवायद के तहत यह निर्णय लिया गया है। जिन सहकारी समितियों के पास भूमि नहीं है, ऐसी समितियों में भूमि उपलब्ध कराए जाने के लिए जिला प्रशसन के स्तर से प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। जिन समितियों में भूमि उपलब्ध होना संभव नहीं है और विद्यालयों के परिसीमन के कारण खाली हुए विद्यालय भवन उपलब्ध हैं ऐसे भवनों को शिक्षा विभाग की सहमति से गोदाम के रूप में काम में लिया जाएगा। इस संबंध में जिला कलेक्टर को पत्र लिखा गया है।

कहां कितने गोदामों का होगा निर्माण
उदयपुर जिले में 15 ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों में, भीलवाड़ा में 10, जोधपुर में 7,जयपुर व सवाईमाधोपुर में 5-5, चूरूए हनुमानगढ़, नागौर,अजमेर, भरतपुर एवं बीकानेर में 3-3, करौली, जालौर, झुंझुनूं, चितौडग़ढ़, पाली, बांसवाड़ा एवं दौसा में 2-2 तथा झालावाड़, सीकर, बूंदी, बारां, कोटा, धौलपुर व प्रतापगढ़ जिले में 1-1 ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों में 100-100 मीट्रिक टन के गोदाम निर्मित होंगे। गोदामहीन 81 ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों के कार्यालय एवं गोदाम निर्माण के लिए बजट की स्वीकृति जारी कर दी गई है।

सरकार की प्राथमिकता हर ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समिति में गोदाम का निर्माण करना है। इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए 81 ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों में 100-100 मीट्रिक टन के गोदाम निर्माण किया जाएगा। इससे किसानों को समय पर कृषि आदानों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने में गोदामों का उपयोग हो सकेगा।
