बालोतरा @ jagruk janta। नगर में सोमवार को राष्ट्रीय लोकतांत्रिक पार्टी बालोतरा द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा 2021 का क्लेम व अवैध बजरी खनन रोकने को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री के नाम से उपखंड अधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौपने आए कार्यकर्ताओं ने समय पर उपखंड अधिकारी व अन्य अधिकारी नहीं आने को लेकर ज्ञापन फाड़कर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया।
किसान नेता व आरएलपी ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष थान सिंह राजपुरोहित डोली ने बताया कि किसान भाइयों का आम जनता के साथ समस्या को लेकर उपखंड अधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौंपने के लिए ज्ञापन सौंपने के दौरान 1 घंटे के इंतजार के बाद भी अधिकारी ज्ञापन लेने के नहीं आने को लेकर आक्रोशित कार्यकर्ताओं ने ज्ञापन फाड़कर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। वही बालोतरा उपखंड क्षेत्र में 2021 खरीफ फसल पूरी तरह से नष्ट हो गई थी। क्षेत्र के किसानों ने प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा के तहत फसल बीमा सहकारी समितियों बैंक ई-मित्र के जरिए करवाया था लेकिन फसलों के खराब होने के बाद मे भी उपखंड क्षेत्र के किसानों को बीमा कंपनी द्वारा अभी तक क्लेम राशि नहीं दी गई है।जिसको लेकर किसानों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
एग्रीकल्चर इंसोरेन्स कंपनी द्वारा चुरू गंगानगर ओर अन्य जिलों में किसानों को फसल बीमा क्लेम दिया गया और इसी कंपनी द्वारा बाड़मेर जिले में एक रुपया क्लेम नही दिया गया और साथ ही पूर्व में 2019 का फसल बीमा क्लेम भी किसानों का पूरा अटका पड़ा है जबकि कृषि मंत्री बाड़मेर जिले से है और राज्य सरकार द्वारा भी सहकारी बैंकों द्वारा कर्जा माफ की जगह किसानों को दोहरी मार आंतरिक्त ब्याज लेकर किसानों की कमर तोड़ी है बालोतरा क्षेत्र में पिछले लंबे समय से लूनी नदी में बजरी का अवैध खनन हो रहा है इसको लेकर आम आवाम परेशान है वही रॉयल्टी ठेकेदार कार्मिकों के बीच तथा बदमाशों के बीच आए दिन हो रहे झगड़े को लेकर भी लोग परेशान हैं।वही ज्ञापन देते हुए चेतावनी दी कि इन दोनों मामले को सरकार को गंभीरता से लेकर किसानों व आम जनता को राहत देनी चाहिए यदि समय रहते सरकार द्वारा इस पर एक्शन नहीं लिया गया तो आम जनता के साथ तथा किसानों के साथ बड़े स्तर पर आंदोलन किया जाएगा यदि आंदोलन में कुछ भी अनहोनी हुई तो इसका पूरा जिम्मेदार शासन प्रशासन होगा।
